Oxford Toyota is by far the Premier vehicle dealership not only in Oxford, MS but the entire state of Mississippi. Their entire staff are the most courteous customer service oriented people I have ever met at any business. I highly recommend Oxford Toyota as your next dealership experience, and trust me, you will not be let down. They’re by far the most amazing, incredible, spectacular, and phenomenal people you’ll ever meet.

This is hands down the best dealership I've ever been to. Maddy was super helpful in keeping me informed and working with me to make sure everything went right. The pricing was honest and the entire buying experience was painless. I drove 500 miles to get my car here, and I recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking for a new Toyota.

i drove 2 hours to buy a car in cash. i had a voucher that goes out of date January 1st. John Mardis told me the car would be in in time, however when i got there he said it would not be in until January 8th. I asked why he could not have told me that before i drove and after i asked he started looking at me like i was stupid. i took off work to drive here today. i wasted my time and money. take it from me and don’t bother coming here.

I was shown the total charge for service during checkout and gave my card for payment. When reviewing bank charges later on that evening, I realized the total charged to my account was higher than the total I was quoted. Upon closer inspection of the receipt (not the itemized invoice mind you), I found an "Admin Fee" charge of $8.54. At no point during checkout was I told there would be an additional charge to have my vehicle serviced or payment processed. The "Admin Fee" was tacked on AFTER I was shown the total charges to service my vehicle and surreptitiously added during payment. I suspect this is common practice, and I call this practice thievery. On the bright side, $8.54 is as cheap an education one can receive on future dealings with a Toyota dealership. I am forever grateful for your tutelage.

My daughter bought her first new car. Experience started out great, and the sales person (Maddy) was fantastic. I was in Orlando, my Daughter lives in Oxford, and she was trading in a car that she drove and I owned. Car we traded in was financed through BofA. Two weeks later and the loan is still not paid off, I have had to make a payment on the car we traded in, no loan info for the new car, so my daughter cannot set up payments for the new car.....and the finance manager will not call me back. The only message I get is "the payment is probably enroute and it should be paid off soon". The payoff amount is now less since I made a payment on the car, and no indication that I will be made whole. Out of town so this is making this entire process beyond stressful sense we are now in complete Finacial limbo with this dealership and they hold all the cards. Buyer beware......Sale complete and now they go dark.

I purchased a car from out of state and had a great experience. Easily worked everything out over the phone ahead of time and there were no surprises or upsells when I picked up the car. My sales person was Maddy Hill, who was very nice to work with.

Have tried over the years to buy cars here. Stubborn and won't consider reasonable offers. Wouldn't budge a nickle on a camry last week, found the identical car in Grenada for a thousand less in the color I wanted. I try hard to leave my money in Oxford, but usually end up in Memphis or north Alabama for vehicles.

whether youre local or out of state these guys deserve your business. sold us a car at msrp thats marked up everywhere else from $5 - 15k. good and honest people who were very transparent and just wanted to get you what you wanted. worked with maddy throughout the whole process and she was incredible. whether im living in CA, maine or across the world, if im ever looking for a toyota they’ll be the first dealership im calling.

Oxford Toyota provided me with best car buying experience. I was well taken care of by the internet sales team, in-person sales team, and the financing department. At all times I felt welcomed, well informed, and prioritized. Thank you to internet sales, Allison (who got me in the door) and Addie (who first alerted me that my new vehicle was available and ready to purchase.) Thank you to my fantastic sales person, Ms. Pam Bruce. Ms. Pam went far and beyond, coming in on her day off to make sure that I was well taken care of. She is personable and knowledgeable! I would buy from her again. Thank you to sales manager, Jennifer Realmuto for working with Ms. Pam. Providing me with the best deal on a new car. Jennifer is thoughtful and transparent. Open and honest in business. She keeps it real! I'd also like to thank Mr. Tim Huges in finance. Tim was so kind and down to earth. Another personable team member with so much knowledge! Brought car in for the 15,000-mile maintenance, which usually involves a tire rotation and inflation, and a general check of fluids, filters, etc. The first time the service advisor spoke to me was after an hour; at which time I was informed that my oil filter had been replaced (unexpected and uninformed, but ok) but that my tire rotation could not be done because they could not find my locking nut key and did not have one in the garage, so I would have to make a separate trip for the tire rotation. AT NO TIME did anyone ask me about the location of the key, which I could have put in their hand. During the entire visit, there was just a total lack of communication that surprised me, based on previous visits
