I enjoyed doing business with Oxford Toyota. Very pleased with every aspect of the car buying process. They were friendly, low-pressure, relatable, attentive, professional and efficient. I was especially pleased and thankful for my car salesman, John Mardis. He made the whole experience calm, pleasant, AND ultimately successful. Finally, I love my Rav 4! Love it.

My check engine light came on this morning with a message about electrical connections. A stop at your facility and it was fixed….and under an extended warranty. I deducted a star because I tried to call in first and was placed on hold for nearly 6 minutes with no one checking to see if I wanted to continue to hold. Hung-up and called back, again placed on hold and when someone came back on, they thought I was holding for someone else and put me back on hold. This time the total was over 2 minutes before I hung-up. Someone should come back on and ask for contact info.

I have to give a shout out to the Service Department. We were in town moving our Son in for College. Our radiator cracked about 40 minutes from Oxford and we called Toyota. They had us fixed up and we were only delayed 1 day leaving to get back to Biloxi. Thank you for being so helpful and kind. We couldn’t have asked for better Service. Gwen and Cleo Waits
