Paid for a front end alignment and two front tires in late August of 2023, this is November and I just had a blowout. Wires are showing. Called and they don’t want to back their work and even blamed Mississippi roads for their mistake.

I agree with Jon Colby's review. My experience has been very similar. Also they are closed on Saturday, which is just another inconvenience for the customer. I recommend going to another business.

Got me in and out on a walk-in to have my tires replaced 30-45min total. I would bring cash in the future as their convenience fee for cards can get pricey depending on what you're spending overall great service, highly recommended!

I’ve had multiple positive experiences here. The front desk people are friendly, and they do a good job of keeping you in the loop of what’s happening with your repair. I went with the expectation to spend some time in the waiting area while both our cars got oil changes. They didn’t take very long. It’s a comfortable, clean waiting area. I’m pleased with the service I received, and I’ll be back the next time either of our cars need work done.

Tired of being refused service because they are "too busy". I have worked in the automotive service industry and have never turned a customer away because of being "too busy". I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also had a friend schedule an appointment, left his vehicle all day for a simple alignment only to find out before close that they forgot about his ticket. Good people work at this establishment, but they need to get it together.
