Months ago my daughter was in a bad accident in Oxford. After a week in the trauma center in Memphis her hair was still matted with blood. She had stitches in her head and face. We called the Parlor to see if they could help. Sadie was amazing. She was gentle and took her time washing my daughter’s hair. She would not even accept payment. Her kindness renewed my faith that there are good people out there. Thank you to the Parlor and to Sadie!

Went in for my appointment and asked for most of the length to be kept on the top, the hairdresser then deciddd to cut about 90% of my hair off. Horrible job, would never risk my hair there again.

I went in for an all over blonde color. She gives me foil packs and doesn't touch the rest of my hair. I ask her what color was she going to put on the rest and she said none it's going to blend. Mad ??. I tell her I want my hair layered and fly backs she cuts around the bottom of my hair and doesn't begin to work on my bangs she literally took her scissors and cut the tips of my hair . I've had bad haircuts bad haircuts before but this was awful. She said do you want me to style your hair... NO I WANT YOUR TO CUT IT. I left with color stains all over my face.

It’s not a “snooty” type place, but that’s what I like about it. Janie did my low lights and toner, and she did a great job. She took her time and made sure it was done with care. Thanks Janie ?

This is by far the worst haircut I've ever received in my existence. I showed the lady a video and pictures of exactly what I wanted and she said she was able to do it. She cut off way more than I told her to do, we get to the end of the haircut and she mentioned how she has a little clipper experience. This is extremely frustrating because now I have to go to another place to get my hair fixed and pay even more.
