AC helped me today with his coworker and they made my day! I had a freak accident with my phone and they made it so easy and fun to get a new phone the same day for the best price! 10/10 customer service!!

Roz very helpful switched out phone for my husband explained what he did and almost talk us into upgrades . Not possible until contract is up in October so we'll be back . Clean and comfortable.

Wonderful experience at this store in Oxford, MS, in December 2022. They were working hard and quickly took care of us. Manager Kevin recommended the perfect solution without trying to upsell me. He went the extra mile when I asked for help in transferring special information to my new phone. All of the employees were courteous, and I heard one offer to stay an extra 30 minutes if he needed her to.
