The store is well stocked and the gentleman’s in the store met my needs in a prompt and friendly manner! I’m not a whiskey drinker but a wine drinker so I sent to this package store for their customer service and I wasn’t disappointed! I also thought the Limited Edition Crown Royal was so neat I couldn’t pass it up along with my Sweet Walter Red !

The employees were extra nice. One of them brought our bag of spirits to the car for us. One item they had in stock was out of stock at two other liquor stores in Oxford.

Man, I really wanted to like this place. Cool liquor store near a college campus, decent prices. However, JT was completely unprofessional and an overall j**** I politely asked him if they might have a larger size of Old Forester, thinking there might some in the back. He blank face replied, "Did you see any there next to it?" And I said, "no." He then replied, "then there's your answer." He wasn't being funny or sarcastic - that was his actual answer to someone who wanted to spend a lot of money on bourbon tonight. He was genuinely acting like he was drunk, and he was belligerently being rude to the customers he was checking out when I arrived. If you are the owner - please fire JT! He's a terrible representation of your business, and I actually think he was drinking on the job. JT - you're a j****

I had a very great experience at star package store. JT was an excellent helper with me. I was purchasing a wine and JT told me that he had a chilled wine for me instead of the warm wine. Star package store has excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this place!

Bought wine and spirits. Very helpful in every way and they even carried the cases to my car as I just need a little help these days. So simple to visit the doctor's and visit Star and drive back to Clarksdale.

I placed an order over the phone for a tailgate party we are having this weekend. Tommy couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! So great to work with! There must be something in the water in Oxford, MS...everyone I have been in contact with for this event has been so wonderful!
