I will never choose this company again. What’s the point of scheduling an “appointment” if you’re going to be almost an hour late? When I called at the time of my appointment, I was told “yeah we’ll be there in 30 minutes.” This company clearly does not value the time of their customers. All I needed was a couch moved and taken to Goodwill (5 minutes away from my home) and here I am, 40 minutes later, waiting. When customers are late, we’re charged a fee, but when the company is late, it’s because they’re “busy.” Ridiculous.
