Small businesses are being targeted through @regionsbank scamming multiple small business. @regionsbank are doing nothing to give back what has been taken from business owners. Filing claims that do absolutely nothing! This is the 2nd time I have been scammed in a 5 month period! Still haven’t received what was stolen from my business back now sitting at a $4000 loss. Pretty sure @regionsbank employees are doing this behind the scenes. I’m switching banks tomorrow and I encourage other business owners to do the same before your targeted next.

The University Avenue location has the worst customer service of any bank I have ever been in. Every time I deal with this location I leave wanting to close accounts.

I’ve only been to this bank twice and both were bad experiences. My teller today name was Jody (not sure if that’s true because he must have had a feeling I would turn him in) this was the only regions bank open on a Saturday and I needed a money order. I greeted him as I walked in he was very cold towards me and I noticed he kept staring at my hair which was braided. I reached my hand out to receive my money order and envelope he dropped them mid air so that they would hit the counter. Each time he handed me something it was never hand to hand although I reached out to him. It hurt my feelings so bad how cold and heartless he was to me that I have cried on my way home. I’m not sure what I did to be treated this way but I wouldn’t come back to this bank unless it was my very last option.

Awful place! My husband went and deposited money into the savings and checking. He told the teller how much it was and she handed him a receipt after and started with the other transactions. When he gets home looks at his savings deposits he realizes it is $100 off! He goes to the bank and speaks with a man saying he will look into it and call him back! No call back so he goes back the next day and the man did not have time to look or talk to the teller in question and the proceeds to tell my husband the camera on the counting machine is looking towards the lobby when you can tell they are pointing towards the counter! Where is the $100 all I can think is in said tellers pocket! They really should get a grip on this we can’t be the only ones this has happened too!Update……….. after my review they credited his account the money but said they could not find anyone’s drawer over and that the cameras only point to the lobby! I do think that should be fixed if that is the case!

The ATM at this bank charged me for making a transaction of 240 dollars from my account but I never received any of the funds from the ATM! I tried numerous times to reach out to Regions but no answers the phone and I was on hold for over a hour or more.

Al helped my son open up his checking and savings account. He couldn't have been more helpful, informative, and kind. I sat back and was there for my son if he had any questions, but I let him take charge of his first account without mom being attached. It was one of his first steps of becoming more independent as I'm about to leave him to begin his new journey as a college student. I highly recommend using Al to help with any banking needs. He said he doesn't normally work at this banking location, but I wasn't familiar with the location he mentioned since I'm not from here.

If your a customer and you deposit a check that they decide is too large they will put a hold on the check for up to 12 days and you will have no access to the money. They don't understand serving the customer or doing the right thing. I am posting this review because a contractor did a great job for me and this institution put a hold on the check for 12 days! And claim they can not verify funds. Terrible business. Branch manager showed zero concern for his customer and acknowledged he could take the hold off the check but would not do it. I tried to get him to do the right thing. Absolutely terrible treatment!

Worst banking establishment ever. Lied to me about a deposit and forgot what they told me. I've deposited 5 checks and each one was different for them. Deposits made were all the same, from same account, and same amount. 1 got a 14 day hold on it, 1 cleared $200 at first then the rest 4 days later. When you call they straight out lie. They said the bank that the check was from told them not to cash as they didn't have funds. It was from an account that has been open for 30+ years without 1 single bounced check. Incompetent idiots working there. Placed a hold on a MONEY ORDER, which is good as money

This bank is horrible and the branches are all equally filled with incompetent and nonchalant workers who can barely count your money back to you. I’ve been with this bank for 10+ years and now that Im a professional with a salary this place gives me nightmares! I literally wake up in the middle of the night to insure I’m not getting hit fees 3 days old transaction. I’ve been trying to close my account with them for months...ceased all transactions...chopped up my debit card and even moved my direct deposit to another bank and they still refuse to close it! Constant fees, constant old pending transaction, significant hack rates (I’ve been hacked 2xs) and deplorable in-person service. Moving to Chase gave me life!
