While on vacation, we trusted our dogs to your highly-rated boarding facility. On the third day, I received a call stating that my puppy (River) had accessed another dog's trazodone medication. The facility assured me of his well-being but performed 'courtesy' tests to confirm normal lab results, which I never saw.. The next day, I was contacted regarding another dog's cough (Nala). When I called back to check on her, a kennel technician said the cough was due to eating too fast.. Unfortunately, my dog was quarantined with other sick dogs and got sick. She has been to our local vet and is now getting better. A $220 visit. In case of an emergency, we sent enough food for two weeks but only had a few pebbles left. Not sure how that happened since Nala lost 10 pounds in your care. She lost the weight due to stress because she wasn’t in the kennel with her sibling (Duke) as we had requested. We picked them up day early, only to discover they had not been bathed as promised. This terrible experience cost me close to $1000, would have been more if I hadn’t caught the two days she tried to charge for time my dogs didn’t get daycare. This is the first negative review I’ve ever posted but I hate for anyone else to be deceived by all the positive post like I was.

The people and the atmosphere at Pampered Paws is always great. Additionally, the employees are very empathetic and always make sure my dog, Theodore, gets the best treatment possible. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for veterinary needs for your pets.

I took noodles in yesterday to get a few shots and as soon as we walked in the door we were both treated like family and when we were called back to the exam room the young lady was so nice and professional in treating noodles and explaining everything that was going on yesterday.i can't brag on pampered paws enough because they always show care and concern for all pets we have.thanks to everyone at pampered paws for taking care of noodles.the greatest vet around !!!

I am very pleased with Pampered Paws Daycare and grooming spa. The customer service, communication and care I have received regarding my pups is outstanding. A lot of room for them to run and play is top notch. The pups are well supervised and observed the entire time they are playing. My pups are tired after a full day of play and are happy to see us when they are picked up. There is plenty of shade for them to relax and rest if they get tired and need a break from playing. So happy with the switch made to Pampered Paws. Your pups will love it there too!

First time I have boarded my 3 year old dog - I wasn't sure how she would do since she gets anxious. Pampered Paws was awesome - my dog did great! Pampered Paws came highly recommended and was as great as everyone says they are.

I have boarded my dog at Pampered Paws (PP) two times. My dog's recent stay at PP was longer than the first so my dog had some signs of anxiety when I picked her up. I don't think my dog's anxiety was due to the staff but just my dog being boarded for 11 days (she is not separated from me or my family often). I alerted the staff about some scars near my dog's cheeks and some eye discharge. They examined her free of charge and I learned that the scars were caused by "hot spots". I had no previous knowledge about hot spots so the staff provided me with a clear description of the condition and some treatment (I paid for this but it was not expensive). The staff at PP are very kind and patient; they listen to your concerns and respond quickly. I do not know the names of the staff members I interacted with but Dr. Suzanne Gaines was very nice and addressed my dog's needs.

My mini schnauzer Hank has such a good time when he is boarded here! My boy has a lot of anxiety about me leaving in most any situation but they take such good care of him and make sure that he is comfortable and feels loved. Pampered paws does a great job!

I have boarded my dog here several times and always pleased. I love that they have a dog park with real grass for the dogs to run. Very peaceful setting off to itself with trees all around.

I really enjoyed my experience with pampered paws. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. They did a comprehensive testing with my puppy which allowed them to catch potentially dangerous situation. I definitely recommend if you are in the Oxford area!
