Awful service. I had packages DELIVERED almost 2 weeks and have not received them. I received 1 package that was delivered after my other packages said they were delivered, so I’m confused as to why I didn’t receive all of them at once. I understand there’s a short staff issue, but how come pakmail was closed on GAME DAY, Sunday, and closed on Labor Day?… if you’re short staffed, don’t close on those days and go through the PRIORITY packages that are there waiting. My friend got flowers delivered and they sat in pakmail for 2 weeks. They told her that her last name was not on the package so it wasn’t first priority… she has many photo proof that her FIRST AND LAST NAME were indeed very clear on the packaging. The flowers were dead by the time she opened the package. I am furious with the “full voicemail” that they have whenever I call because my packages are urgent and cannot be sitting around in the back room for weeks. This is unacceptable for the students who are PAYING for this. Losing all business after this year.

Sent my son 6 packages all say they were delivered August 22nd and August 24th. They still haven't been scanned or delivered. I call and call, no one answers and when they do - they can't give me any information. DO NOT pay and use this service.

Excuse after excuse. Absolutely zero reason a package that was delivered should still not be in my students possession a week later. This is the third item sent. Complete waste of money. Get a P.O Box at the post office. This service is terrible.

If you can find more Nicki's hire them fast! We called from Denver, CO to get support with our daughters mailing address and Nicki was patient and kind to us over the phone. Nicki is to be commended for how she dealt with us. Keep up the good work Nicki!

I wish I could give less than a one star. Get your kid a PO Box at the Post Office if you want them to be able to get their mail in a timely manner. The mail gets to Pakmail and then it could be WEEKS later before it’s available for pick up. No excuse.

Ole Miss doesn't have campus mail. Students have to pay $140/year to have anything (letter or package) delivered to them via the PakMail franchise. The first 2 weeks our son was there he received 2 of the 7 packages we sent him. USPS delivered 4 package to PakMail on 8/17. None have been delivered as of 8/26. Calls and e-mails to PakMail have been unanswered. Maybe it is just the beginning of school rush but so far we are not impressed.

No one answers the phone. No one replies to emails. Mailed a package to my son. It was picked up by Pak Mail from Oxford post office at 7:40 on a Tuesday morning. They still have not processed their receipt of package and notified him after three full days. Do not recommend this service at all.

I wish there was a way to do half or zero stars. Being on a college campus, one would think they would be prepared for the volume. THEY ARE NOT!!! an overnight package has, so far, taken over a week and he still doesn't have his package. Get a PO box in town if you have the option.

Literally the worst mail service I have ever seen. They never fail to loose my packages and they never have them when I try to go pick them up! Words can’t explain how upset I am! It seems like every time I enter the building, I only end up having to fill out “missing package” forms and it’s just even more of a waste of my time because the forms have yet to help me at all! Honestly, I wish I could rate lower than 1 star because if I could, I wouldn’t even hesitate!

Absolutely terrible, they don't return emails, phone calls....they can never find packages and they take no responsibility. We chose to move to another location.

Lost package! Although I have confirmation number and name of person who signed for package 3 weeks and they still can not find my package!

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Sending your kid across the country and not being able to send packages safely and efficiently is not okay. I spent a lot of money on this service and it had failed.

I wish if there is a negative stars. They mess everything up. I renewed my mailbox and did not receive a confirmation, so I emailed them back same day to check if it is booked. Their reply was, yes they recieved the payment and you good for another year to use the same mailbox. Then when I going to grab my packages they are saying I do not have a mailbox, better I had the proof of email confirmation. Then they gives me a new mailbox, which is really a big problem for me becuse I was using it more than 2 years and I have put that address everywhere. This is a safety hazard. The people there not responsible. I had a bad experience thoughout last two years, they had no proper way to store packages and they mess everything up. I missed several packages and had to do an investigation to find them. This is really a mess. I never recommend this place. I had to use because I live in oncampas and have no other alternative that is why I have to use this service.

They returned my packages to sender without ever notifying me of anything. Never knew that the packages even arrived, and man gave me a bs excuse. Horrible service.
