Honest, reliable, and affordable. The receptionist was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. The mechanic knew exactly what was wrong with my car and was able to fix it the same day. I highly recommend Oxford Auto Care for high quality work!

Brakes were very squeaky so I brought my truck in and they said I needed a total break replacement. They did the job for almost $1,500 and my breaks were back squeaking a couple days later. My friend with the same truck model as me had the same problem recently and took his somewhere else. They did a complete break replacement for $200 and he hasn’t had any trouble since. This place will rob you!!!

What a great staff. I had my car night dropped. They did not charge for diagnosis. With just minutes before close i called and they moved it where my tow company could easily pick up late.

Our son is in school at Ole Miss. while driving back to school from Texas his serpentine belt broke in Arkansas. It was late Saturday night before the impending blizzard on Monday. We found a mobile mechanic that was able to replace the serpentine belt and get him on his way. He didn’t beat the storm back to Oxford however, his engine light remained on. Fast forward a week after the snow finally melted My son took his truck to Oxford auto care. They found that in the belt broke, and it had damaged several of the wires going to the camshaft sensor. After listening three hours I had my phone up and running truck fixed, very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys. God willing we won’t need a mechanic again, but if we do we now know where to go.

Great local shop. I had my excursion towed into this shop after some engine trouble.I was not able to make the repairs myself as I was dealing with a funeral. I'm a certified engine technician myself. My retired Police K9 and partner had just passed, and I was devastated at the time.They were very understanding. Had the repair completed quickly and at a fair price. They are an amazing shop that I will use anytime I can.

This place has been so great. While my daughter was at Ole Miss, we used OAC several times. They always treated us really well, and their prices were very reasonable.

Best auto shop I've ever been to by far. Was on a trip through Oxford and had a minor issue. Stopped in and explained I needed to make it to Atlanta. They fit me in quickly and fixed my car so it was safe to drive and when I went to pay they told me it was on them! Good people, great hospitality

Not very impressed with this place at all. Had my sons truck towed there after it broke down. Felt like I was getting the run around because it took almost two weeks to fix and I had to have my son run to autozone to get the part it needed to be fixed and drop it off so they could change it. If he has anymore vehicle trouble they won't be getting anymore of my business. Would not recommend this place at all.

Oxford Auto Care is great local business. The staff and technicians are knowledgeable and caring. I have had a battery replaced there, brakes adjusted, and taken my car for inspection/diagnosis. Each experience was a good experience. The staff and technicians listen attentively and provide useful feedback. Thank you for your hardwork and customer service. I appreciate you all.
