I can’t say enough great things about this storage unit company! We’re from Pennsylvania with an Ole Miss student so naturally, we have needed a storage unit for summer breaks. This was our first year using My Oxford Storage. Couldn’t be happier! Excellent customer service! Great pricing! Spacious units! Very happy customer!!!

So far so good. Just got a unit at this location indoors a few days ago. Could be a little cooler inside but most likely just my traffic in and out. Will be doing business with my Oxford storage for a while, and they have been genuinely helpful

I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to work with these folks. The units are wellmaintained with extra security precautions that give me a tremendous peace of mind. Great staff and very competitive price wise.

Oxford Storage was so easy to deal with! The representative was friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean. When it was time to discontinue my unit, I was issued a prorated discount immediately. I would definitely recommend using this facility!

My daughter waited till the last minute as usual to try and get a storage unit. We called Janel and she was so accommodating. Got us in a unit that day! We got a climate controlled unit. Facilities were clean and the property well maintained. Todd and his staff are doing things right! I highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with My Oxford Storage. We rented our unit online and were sent easy instructions to access it via an immediate email. I took a screenshot of the email, as well as the code to the lock we bought for the unit, for easy access when we visited. The facility is very clean, secure, and well lit. There are multiple flatbed dollies available to assist with hauling items to and from and the unit. I highly recommend My Oxford Storage.

I cannot recommend this storage company enough. We moved into Oxford on a weekend and had trouble getting an automatic access code for our unit. The management actually replied to our email on a Sunday to ensure we could get into the facility. They have been helpful in billing and I get the distinct feeling that they are more concerned with keeping their customers happy rather than making a quick buck.

We've been using this great Storage Facility for many years! Janelle is so easy to work with and the facility is easy to use and safe. Close to Campus and the Police Dept so no need to worry about it not being safe! Amy

My husband and I rented two climate controlled units to store the contents of our home while we built. While unloading our unit, probably a week or so after a big storm had come through Oxford, we found water and mildew in our units. We had to throw out furniture and a rug, and my husband's extensive record collection is completely ruined. Other pieces of furniture were able to be cleaned with a lot of scrubbing. Apparently, even though this is the fault of the storage facility because IT LEAKED, they claim to not be liable. This is beyond horrible.

Great customer service!! Clean and convenient!! When I moved and checked out of storage early they applied the difference back to me in no time!! Amazing service and always willing to help!! I would recommend this to anyone looking long or short term!
