My wife and recently bought a 12 Mercedes AMG. At first the experience was great…our salesman Travis was awesome… very helpful all the way through the sale, it was after picking the car up in Illinois things broke bad. We drove 3 1/2 hours to pick the vehicle up, and when we first see our new to us AMG, things are broken, interior parts missing, window tint damage…. but we were willing to look passed all that…. We take the car on the first test drive….come back and the vehicle will not shift back into park (it’s Electronic). My wife and I immediately ask the guy that’s helping us if he knows anything about the issue… he tells us he knows nothing about the vehicle call our salesman which I do. He responds maybe u aren’t doing it right…(it’s a push button), unless you are an idiot you can’t push it wrong. Long story short…the $1000 shifter is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced…. They claim there was no issue and are flat out refusing any responsibility for a repair that I told them about soon as I saw the vehicle…. I would recommend that never buy and ship anything from this dealership….as they DO NOT stand behind what they sale…. They delivered my Turbocharged vehicle a quart and a half low on oil… Their service department needs work as well.

Make sure you check the car out throughly. Transmission went out 5 hours after signing papers. Gave us our money back with no problem. Bad deal to sell a car knowing the transmission was bad. Cant mess with Gods Children

I drove over a hour and a half to this place to seek out a truck I’ve been wanting. The communication was awesome and they worked with me and got me to a number I was comfortable with. I will shop here again in the future.

My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle through Moore’s Brothers. We were extremely happy with the entire process, and couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience.
Travis was very easy going and took great care of us. We never felt like we were being pushed into buying anything. Instead, he provided us with a pressure-free environment which made our experience simple and fun!
Buying a car can be super stressful, but thankfully we found a hidden gem in Oxford with Travis at Moore’s Brothers!

I would not recommend doing business with this place. I recently went and talked to a sales representative to trade my current vehicle and get a 4x4 truck. Long story short, the sales representative gave me the run around for 2 days and then proceeded to ignore me.

My family and I bought a car from this lot as an emergency buy, due to our car breaking down on a road trip. Even under emense stress due to our car breaking down and buying a car on the spot, the personal of Moore Brother made it as seamless as possible and gave a fair trade in value for my heavily damaged vehicle. The vehicle we bought is a 2016 ltz suburban the rear DVD system didn't work but they are making it right even though I drove it off the lot & notified them after closing hrs the night of purchase. Highly recommended this lot if your in search of a reliable used car. - Robert Kunz

I have bought vehicles from several dealerships in and out of state and this is by far the most crooked group of salesman and management I have ever done business with. These people put money over doing the right thing and taking care of their customers. DO NOT COME HERE you will regret it.
