No negative experiences with MSFCU over the past decade or so we've been with them. Wanted to write this review specifically to highlight Keshia being incredibly helpful with us during our move out of Oxford. Super personable and kept everything moving quickly.

The Most Worst Experience Ever In My Life Was. I Was told that I had an overdraft fee of $30.00 that’s been discharged last year and I was willing to pay it so I can get back on track, from a bad marriage and having to recover every single thing that I had lost in that marriage, I just knew after I went got the divorce papers and proofing the divorce and everything would be ok. If I could give a half a star I would. The loan department is horrible. They act as if they are doing you a favor if they ever call or answer. They always get the receptionist to ask what you need and then she tries to explain how to do it online. The absolute poorest customer service I have ever seen.

By far the worst credit union. You will never receive a response if you call them nor if you email. Seems to have gone downhill through the years.

This is the laziest group of unwilling to help people I have ever dealt with. They will NOT ever answer the phone and don't expect to come in an hour before close because they will give you excuses as to why they can't help you. Don't get suckered in by their low interest rates, their service is beyond poor!

over 30 minutes of waiting on the phone for an agent several times and still haven't been able to get a hold of someone.MSFCU responded to my review above within 5 minutes giving me and email to provide my phone number with. I sent an email and they have not replied or called me. They respond instantly to a negative review but do not respond to phone calls or emails. Finances and banking issues require immediate attention!

Horrible experience all around. Avoid doing business with them at all costs. When I went to set up an account, the agent convinced me to also set up a savings account, saying that anytime the money for spending was needed that it would automatically transfer, not mentioning the $35.00 fee that went along with it. Fast forward to today when I call to try to speak to someone, I am on hold for 30 minutes, only to be hung up on. Try to call back. Same thing happens again. Worst bank I have ever dealt it.
