“My wife and I went in to obtain assistance with a ring she purchased online. The Customer Service Rep went the "Extra Mile" in every possible way. She confirmed that all diamonds were genuine and that the ring was extremely similar but not what we ordered. The store did not have what we want. However, Bethany, the CSR placed phone calls to other stores searching for the correct ring. She reminded us that we have plenty of time to find what we want and there is no need to rush. She offered to help us find what my wife really wants. This is Genuine Customer Care. Be reminded we made an Online Purchase. Our Local Store CSR could have easily given us a phone number call.”
