I had a coat that got stained and had to get a coat quickly. Walked in the ladies were so sweet I got a coat, she styled on me too to help me and it was the best customer service.

My Hemline experience was fabulous. Except the return policy. I would like the option of returning clothes and getting my money back. Instead of store credit or swapping an item similar to the price. I don’t even plan on wearing this outfit anymore and I can’t get my money back. That’s incredibly frustrating for being a broke college student.

i love all the clothing in hemline but the girls who work there? absolutely not. i cane in looking for a dress and the girls completely ignored me (i was wearing a sweatshirt and leggings no make up) and two more girls came in wearing jeans and nice tops and makeup and they jumped up and greeted them and told them that they were doing a discount. absolutely so trashy and i'll never come back

I walked into your store yesterday with my sisters and I was completely shocked and disgusted at how the older white, blonde employee, maybe owner treated me. She followed me around the entire store, checked racks after I walked by them and then urged me out as I was leaving. She watched my every move as if I was going to steal something. I understand how shocking it must be to have a person with colored hair and tattoos walk into your store. Frightening.

I have heard several complaints of customers being harassed and treated as though they were stealing just because they do not fit in with the cookie cutter, white, blond employees (classic pretty woman scenario). I have money to spend but I do not condone such prejudice. Will not be getting my money.
