Prices are too high, the electronic items was high price too. It was the only Goodwill that double the prices. Thats is not fair because they got everything for free and they not help at all.

My friend and I stopped in this location on the way to the Ole Miss vs Memphis game to find some game day goodies...What a great location!Everyone was friendly-busy. The store was massive (from a small town view), organized, cleanish. We found some of the best items...The environment was inviting. Alwayz hope to find the colored tag. I didn't On this Goodwill adventure. I found Wood Yeaaaaaa and my friend found a pull over and a bag to represent Ole Miss! YeaaaaaaI would recommend 2 cashiers.Keep up the teamwork!Thanks for a PhINE Adventure!

Overall I really like this goodwill, it’s very well organized, employees are really nice, and I’ve found some really cool stuff there. Only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices have gotten a bit high.

Clean and neat store. Employees were polite and there was plenty of great items to look through. I enjoyed shopping here.

Goodwill does not help anyone. They say they give people jobs, so does McDonald's and other places. My mother and I was behind some people who's house had burned and they would not give them anything. My mother told them she would give them things they needed if they come by her store. Goodwill told My mother she could not do that in their store, and my mother told them she trying to sell them anything she was given it to them. She had a new and used store in the same town. The people lost everything in the fire. Goodwill would not help them at all. Everything is given to Goodwill. I have a friend who has worked there and they don't pay good enough to have everything given to them. Then they had the nerve to ask us for the change to round it off to an even dallor amount which made us mad. I would give goodwill a double 0 if the had it in the ratings. I may go in Goodwill once a year because of that. They need to change their name because they not good and don't help anyone. They not a charity that's for sure. They for profit ok only to put money in their pockets.

Buyer beware - test any lights before you buy them. This store sold us a lamp that turned out to be broken and they won't accept returns like other Goodwill stores.

You can go to Walmart, Ross's or Marshalls and get a lot of the same things cheaper. They need to turn the Goodwill in Oxford into a Goodwill outlet store.

Their prices at Oxford store have gotten ridiculous.I don't know who is pricing but they price used stuff alot of times more than it costs new.Ive seen Dollar tree stuff priced 7 or 8 dollars.Its a thrift store people .And most things are donated.Ive stopped going there to be honest.And it's because of prices
