Top notch customer service at this location. The owner is usually working the counter and very knowledgeable and helpful. This is not your average GNC and I highly recommend visiting! Plus it’s the only place to get my favorite protein powder in town :)

I've had good experiences and bad experiences here. In several cases I've found nutritional supplements at surprisingly low prices--lower than Walmart, which is saying something. Recently, however, I had a dismaying experience. I special-ordered three bottles of a product from a specific manufacturer that I had purchased here one time before. The owner assured me that she would call when it arrived. I revisited the store once a week for the next three weeks, each time receiving a different story about why my order hadn't come in. (Once I was told by a junior employee that 16 boxes of merch had just been delivered to the store and my order was almost certainly somewhere in one of the boxes.) Finally, one full month after I placed my order, the owner told me that it had been back ordered; that the manufacturer couldn't give her a delivery date; and that she would call me when and if it came in. I let another full month go by. No call. Today I figured I would go and formally cancel my order, since it was clearly a losing cause. "Remember me?" I said. "I thought I'd just touch base." She remembered me. I said that I wanted to cancel my order. "That's fine," she said with a tight smile. "If it ever comes in we can just put it on the shelf." At this point, given the two-month fiasco, I expected a ritual apology of some sort, a "I'm really sorry we couldn't get it for you, but I really appreciate your business." Just some basic savvy. Nope.

The best GNC ever! Employees are so nice and helpful!
