Amazing customer service, highly recommend! We had to stop here for an emergency (our alternator went out while on a trip) and they had us in and out in RECORD time and back on the road.
We joked that we wish they sold ornaments or keychains (because we collect them from memories on our travels), and they found an old vintage card so that we can make one.
They also popped some fresh popcorn for our little one to keep her entertained and fed while we waited. Super amazing, friendly staff. I can't recommend this place enough!

Thank you Gateway. Just had to have my lug nuts replaced because your staff damaged them beyond repair by tightening them way too tight in a Friday afternoon rush job! They also damaged the thread beyond repair on another lug nut, which will need a new axel to be replaced. Where should I send the bill?

I was traveling from Winter Haven, Florida to Memphis, Tennessee. When I spent the night at a hotel near by, one of my tires were coming apart. Lance and his team went way above and beyond to replace my tire and get me back on the road safely. Enough to earn my repeat business as I came back for another one. It’s nice to know that there are good people who look out for single moms with two girls in tow! Thank you Lance for your helping me, providing great service at the best price!

It is unfortunate that this is one of the only tire centers in Oxford, MS. I have never felt compelled to leave a review before now.
I have never had issues with tire wear before coming here. In April of 2023, I caught a flat tire- nothing unusual there. I got my back tires replaced and they told me to go get an alignment somewhere else so I did but never kept the receipt. I didn’t keep it because I was not expecting to come back less than a year later in January with 2 more bald back tires.
They again replaced my 2 back tires on January 31, 2024 and told me again to get an alignment. Ray Brothers in Oxford was able to do my alignment on February 2, 2024 and I kept the receipt this time.
I came in today, July 1, 2024, with the same bald rear tires. When they again told me it was an alignment issue, I was able to show them where I had it aligned less than 3 days after I bought tires from them. They then told me that there is no warranty on the tires since they didn’t have the machinery to do the alignment themselves and I would have to buy a third set of tires full price in less than a 1.5 year span of time.
I highly recommend GoodYear- they are putting new tires on my car and said they would honor any other mechanics alignments for their tire warranty. I have never had any tire issues before coming to Gateway and personally will not be doing business here again. I also highly discourage anyone else from doing business here if you don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on new tires.

Realized I had a leaking valve stem 45 minutes before we needed to be at a ball tournament. Took it by expecting the need to get my kid a ride while I waited for the repair. Told the gentleman taking the car in our circumstances, he told me to pull the car around to door 3 and take car off it himself. 10 minutes later we were on the road.
Excellent customer service!
Shop was clean with plenty of seating.

Have been a loyal Gateway customer where we live and very appreciative that that customer loyalty extends to other branches. Our daughter has had to have her tire fixed twice during her time in Oxford, and both times were free of charge. Thank you Oxford Gateway.

As a father away from his daughters it is awesome to have a place you can trust. The team at Gateway has always been kind and responsive to their needs when I needed help. I’d recommend them to anyone. I’ve met some of the owners and they are simply good people.

I had a really great experience here! I had a nail on my tire and they were able to fix it the day of since I was leaving on spring break. I definitely was not overcharged or anything, super helpful guys in there. I would definitely go back again!
