This place was awesome! We were traveling cross country from Florida to Washington state and had a blowout in Georgia. We temporarily installed our spare and decided to replace the blown out tire when we stayed overnight in Mississippi. The staff was extremely helpful, they worked fast so we could get on the road and the price was better than we had paid for the same tires in Florida. Best tire experience I have ever had. If you are in Oxford and need a tires or an oil change go see the people at Dipstix!

Bad bad business. I went in for a full tire rotation and balance. I stood there and watched an angry technician take a hammer to the lug nuts and the stubs on my truck due to using the wrong size sockets. When confronted the problem escalated quickly. Legal action will be pursued. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Highly recommend! My daughter is a Sr. at Ole Miss and while she has learned a lot on campus, she is also learning the fine art of being a grown up. This includes being responsible for getting her car serviced routinely. For any of you parents who need a place you can trust that will treat your kids with patience and respect, this is the place for you. JT and his staff are top notch. JT and his crew at Dipstix Tire and Lube sold me on a set of Toyo R/T Trail tires and a front end alignment. Tires look great and my truck drives like new again!

The staff was very thorough and professional when I stopped by this new location today to get an oil change for my older F350. They also pointed a couple of other things that I needed to address and were very helpful in every regard.Another cool thing is that they can do tire repair. One of the inside rear tires on my dually truck had a nail in it. After the oil change, they pulled both tires off on the side with the nail, patched the hole, and put everything back together for a great price.Finally, the manager was on top of everything in the shop and clearly is doing a good job of leading this crew. Highly recommend these very capable guys in this fantastic new facility!
