Dropped by without an appointment to have a tire plug installed. I was promptly greeted, and the tire was repaired in less than 15 minutes. Both the gentleman at the counter and the gentleman who repaired the tire were cordial. The price was more than fair and I haven't had any issues since the repair. Thank y'all at Darby's for providing excellent customer service.

I took my car here in December 2023.. I spent 2,000$ on my car in a two weeks time period, once I went and got my vehicle the last time I got something fixed , it started vibrating and making a bad noise once I got about 15 miles out (it wasn’t doing this before) .. in Jan I told the guy when I went and got my oil changed in my other vehicle what the car they “fixed” was doing. He said bring it back “I live 35-40 mins away” I was scared to drive it back. I looked for a mechanic that was closer to me. They looked and seen all the new parts I had and said “your motor mount is defective and very thin which you can see— plus everything else that was wrong”.. I got charged TWICE as much as any other mechanics I’ve called around charge for the work they did . Here I am having to get the defective parts they put on replaced even though I’m still under warranty with them . I feel as if I take it back to them they wont fix it right…WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Brad was awesome. He made sure everything went smoothly and the mechanic did my brakes and rotors in a timely manner. I am a very pleased customer and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you again Brad.

When going here make sure they actually check out what is actually wrong with your vehicle instead of guessing what it is have you going buying parts and when you get it back it's still making or doing the same thing it was when you left it

I called Darby's on a Thursday to inquire about replacing the tires on my daughter's car. I spoke to Brad, who was the nicest and most informative person I could've asked for. We went over the options available for car, the pricing and the warranty. When I chose the tires I wanted Brad said he could order them and have them in Friday morning around 11ish. I was so happy to receive his call Friday morning at about 9:30 saying the tires were in and I could bring the car down anytime. When I arrived, they took the car in right away, replaced all four tires, even changed the oil and filter and I was out of there, probably within 30 to 40 minutes. The guys did a great job, the price was extremely fair, and I feel good knowing that if my daughter has any issues with her car in the future she has a reputable place to go. I would happily recommend these guys! If you have a student in town and they need car service check these guys out.

Excellent. They will try and help you on everything. I’ve come in at busy times twice for tires flat on the bottom and they get me going quick.

I don't buy tires anywhere else. They rotate after the sale free of charge. They take care of tire leaks even after the tire warrantee runs out. Friendly people always ready to help. They put a tire under my truck (it was in the bed) when I couldn't do it myself. All just to help.

Evey time I fo in and get a tire fixed I get a different price and this last time they flat foot took a tire that I had for a spare and when I went back and said something Darby got mad and put me out. Why? Because I said I wanted my spare tire back!!!!

Went in with a flat tire, they found FIVE HOLES in the tire. My back tires needed to be replaced anyways. They had my new tires in on the next business day and took about 20 minutes to replace them. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Will get future work done with Darby’s for sure.

Called this place like the website says to do for pricing. They answered the phone immediately put me on hold for five minutes. Then when they got back on and I told them what I was looking for he doesn’t even look up what he has in stock or different options he just says “ About 200 dollars a tire”. For a 2015 crv?! Get out of here.
