Love the vet itself! Always so caring and sweet!I took my dog do daycare and noticed she would pee for a long time the second she got out and would go staight to her water bowl and drink a lot of it which means she was real thirsty which kind of worried me a little! But the vet itself is great!

We were visiting in Oxford over the holidays and one of our dogs was having problems moving. One of his back legs was horribly swollen. Crossroads worked us in for an appointment & both the staff and doctor were fabulous. I was impressed with the kindness and efficiency everyone showed & the service. With some medicine, our old guy was better, asap.

I would like to personally, and publicly thank Dr'sRay, Amy, and Sara for the life saving emergency service that they provided for mydog Buddy who's like family to me. On Saturday December 23 ,2023,I made the wrong decision to give Buddy a turkey bone. To my dismay, and his distress, the bone got stuck in his throat. He was struggling to breath, and falling to the ground. I realized I needed to get help for him immediately. When I arrived at the Crossroads Animal Hospital, I told the ladies at the front desk that my dog Buddy needed emergency help, and everyone went into action, I felt then, that Buddy was in good hands. They saved his life, and my peace of mind to know that I got him there in time. They wiped my tears, and told me Merry Christmas, and gave my Buddy back to me.Thank you Jesus for the CARING, GIVING people atCrossroads Animal Hospital and BLESS them, everyone! In Jesu's NameGail Scott, and Buddy

The facility is awesome, nice and clean. Everyone on staff were welcoming and kind. It’s our first puppy and we adopted from a shelter, so we wanted a good check up. Whether they were random or the usual, not one question went unanswered. Immediately made us feel comfortable and confident in their care. They’re very responsive, accommodating, and thorough. Top notch- BEST vet experience we’ve ever had. They care, and you can feel it.

Would totally recommend! Crossroads Animal Hospital has helped me with a Health Certificate for my cat to travel out of the country with me. Dr. Hanson has been really accommodating and really great at communicating with me! Everybody was super nice, from the front desk on. Pickle also loved getting some treats!

Their website says that they offer after hours emergency office visits for $215 for established clients of Crossroads. Non-clients are instructed to go to Memphis. We’ve routinely taken our pets here for several years and spent thousands on various needs. When we called for help after hours, their phones were forwarded to some place in Memphis. When we texted the “on-call” vet, they told us to go to Memphis. I'm not sure what one must do to receive fair and equitable treatment. We deeply regret putting our trust in Crossroads.

Thank you, Dr. Hanson and the staff for taking my sick pup in without an appointment. Dr. Hanson explained very thoroughly with care and compassion. Her assistant, Kailee was gentle and sweet to my baby. Not only did they make my pup feel better but they also sent text messages checking up on him. 10/10 recommend!
