Deceptive marketing used. I pre-ordered an iPhone and they said I was getting UPS priority overnight shipping (as it says on my receipt). They used UPS ground instead, and said that is all they used. Bait and switch marketing tactics.

My internet went out at about 4:00 this afternoon. The customer service guy found out it was a general outage in my area. It was fixed within the hour. Great work folks!

“Unlimited” plan is a lie. They will cut off your internet, phone doesn’t even work for half the gd month. If you call for help they just ask for more money. Shady business practices, if you have a problem the employees will just try to get you on a more expensive plan, I guess they are paid off commission.If you want your phone to actually work like you are PAYING for, don’t go to c spire.

I needed my phone repaired and I was told because I am not a C spire customer they cannot repair my device. although they are an apple certified repair shop and I was advised to go to this location by Apple. I called customer service and was told that C Spire is required to repair my phone regardless if i’m a C Spire customer or not because I have Apple Care. This location was not helpful and wasted my time.

You can go in and stand for 20-30 min while workers talk to each other and never offer to help you. Don't waste your time because they sure do not value anyone's time.

It is beyond awfully slow. Customers just line up inside at the door and wait. No greeter and extremely short staffed and I've had Cell South continously for 24 years, since 1998. They can do better than the process they are using at the store. I've been here twice today and it's the same both times.

Lady was nice but was clearly not fit for her position and she probably needs more training. Could not answer simple questions about fiber internet. Decided that signing up for C Spire on my own would be easier so I left.
