I signed up for the 7 day free trial because I was not sure if I was going to like it or be able to do it. The first class was hard but I felt like I had worked hard and it went by so fast! The coaches are so great and they meet you where you are at. If you can’t do the exercise full out, they give you an alternate way to complete the exercise. The community/fellowship is what keeps me coming back. The childcare was a must for me. It is challenging, but exactly what I need. Mentally, I am motivated and Burn is helping me to stay motivated! Burn is a great way to start your wellness journey!

I am thoroughly enjoying Burn Boot Camp - Oxford, MS. The class instructors are knowledgeable and anticipate needs by showing modifications to exercises. They are great encouragers of building strong healthy bodies the best way for you. The staff are attentive and make you feel welcomed. The workouts are amazing. I'm never bored and always feel challenged. The music is perfect for motivating us to keep going. The community of people who work out at Burn are supportive and kind. It is also a group of people of all walks of life--college-aged, young professionals, middle-aged, different fitness levels and body types, of different races and ethnicities. All are truly welcomed and supported. It is the one guaranteed hour for me in a day.

I couldn't find a gym I loved when I moved to Oxford so I did most of my workouts at home, but I missed having a workout community and I wasn't motivated to do strength training. I joined Burn when the gym first opened and I love it. The trainers and staff are amazing, and the classes are creative and varied so I never get bored. I love the community.

I dont even know where to begin! Burn boot camps staff is 100%! They are the most supportive ladies. They workouts push you and the trainers make sure you get the workout you need!

Oh Burn Bootcamp, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways....1)Burn is the first gym I've felt completely welcomed into from day one. They system themselves to promote comradery and to encourage each other unlike most gyms ive gone to. You know what I'm talking about- the typical cliky/ intimidation/ competitiveness/"this is my territory" vibe you get when you walk into most gyms. 2)This is the first gym that I've actually made friends in, I know peoples names and they don't look at me like I have 2 heads when I try to be friendly. Working out has been part of my life for the last 8 years and I've been a member of several gyms. 3)Burn works you out like no other, and they strategically assemble the camp to get different body parts throughout the week so you don't wear out or get injured. 4)You aren't going to do flutterkicks 5 days out of the week. 5)Its fun, engaging, and you can make it as hard or as easy as you want on yourself which makes it perfect for everyone, 6)We will even cheer you on as we are all doing wall sits waiting for you to finish your last 10 burpees???. 7)Our trainers are amazing, Jayde is a BOSS and pushes you to be the absolute best version of yourself reminding you constantly of why you are here. 8)They correct your form. This is the first group setting I've been in where trainers actually pay attention to everyone individually and correct you if you are not doing something the right way or quick to give you a modification if they can tell your struggling. And 9) they do it in a way that doesn't make you feel lesser than. 10) I just love them and I think you would love them too! Come join us!!
