I took one of my pet mice here after she was showing bad symptoms. The receptionist over the phone was very kind and informative, and the vets in office were very gentle with my girl while being looked at. The vet was very clear with all my options, but she was extremely sick and i choose euthanasian, and the vet was extremely kind, and offered me however much time i needed, and was very sympathetic as i said goodbye to my girl. Just today i received a letter from them apologizing for the loss of my girl and it made me tear up. I wish i got the name of the vet who saw her. they were so kind and sweet. Highly recommend for your exotic pet needs. the cost was also not bad at all for an exotic animal

lying clinic. brought our dog in after she got ran over they did not set her leg they didn’t put a cast just a splint told us it was healing and it was not cut the dog with scissors n ain’t tell us till the next visit completely wasted over 2000$ do not bring ur pet here her leg is now having to be amputated thanks bottle tree yall sure do suck -10/10

The care that Dr Garcia, Dr Sones and the whole staff gave my Bella after she was hit by a car, was wonderful. Dr Garcia performed surgery on a Saturday and I am sure saved her life. I am beyond grateful.

I called an hour before they closed on a Saturday, and they let me come in and took care of my cats needs. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and made me feel like my cat was being well taken care of. Whitney called to follow up the next day on my cat, and she is super kind and bubbly. I highly reccommend Bottletree to anyone with pets.

My quaker parrot had a collision with the wall late one evening while having the zoomies. His own Vet was not available. I could not take him to TN as quaker parrots are not legal there. I called around and was able to speak to someone here. They eased my concerns and did not make me feel like my bird had to be seen immediately just to make money off of me. They let me know if his vet could not see him tomorrow, to contact them and they would see him. His vet was again unavailable, so I took him to see them. I also have an Umbrella Cockatoo. Birds are VERY expensive to vet. I assumed I would be in for a huge bill. 500.00 plus that I would have to use my Care Credit account for. They examined my bird and did not do unnecessary procedures to avoid stressing my bird out. This is excellent vet care. A lot of Vets are not familiar with birds and do not understand something as simple as a nail trim can stress a bird to the point of death. She took her time examining Bo and made sure we had a good plan. I was thoroughly impressed. They are quite a drive for me but if my birds have medical issues, they will going here moving forward. They prescribed pain meds for Bo for 5 days and if his wing was not back to normal as well as his personality, they said I should come back and do X-Rays then. They followed up by calling and texting me the following business day. I was insanely impressed by my whole experience from beginning to end. Bo received outstanding care for 120.00 It is very rare to find a vet who is not just in it for money, but I do not get that vibe at all. I am so thankful for them, and they will never know how much they eased my fears that evening when I called them. I have NEVER loved an animal like I do this silly little bird. This is an amazing place! We brought our leopard gecko in on a Saturday because she was having eye issues. Whitney, who answered the phone, was a huge help by leading me to the correct forms to fill out ahead of our visit and also sent me a link for directions to their location. When we got there, Dr Garcia was so patient and thorough. She explained to us what she was going to do to treat the problem and took special care of our gecko. Dr Garcia made sure we understood the at-home instructions and encouraged us to call her if we had any additional problems or questions. Two days later, the clinic followed up with us to check the progress! Such a great experience all the way around!

I can’t say enough about Bottletree Animal Hospital—top-tier after hours facility! Starting with the initial phone call with Whitney and ending with a great plan from Dr. Garcia, I could not have felt better than with this team taking care of my cat. They explained the whole process thoroughly and were up front about the costs. They even checked in on us the next day! A great experience for 9pm on a Monday night. Would recommend for anyone needing assistance.

Love bottle tree animal hospital! The worst part about moving is having to find a new vet. Dr. Sones and Garcia always got me in the day I called for a few emergencies and illnesses over the last 3 yrs and listen very closely to what owners have to say about symptoms and past experiences. I’ve always been happy with their thorough examinations of my bulldog and their explanations for best courses of treatment. I always left feeling like a more confident dog mom. The vet techs are also all amazing and incredibly sweet and thorough as well. Thank you bottletree for helping take care of my baby!
