The service department is outstanding at Belk Ford. Everyone in the department is friendly and accommodating. My F-150 had a fluid leak and I had to pull my horses out of town by 9:00 a.m. the next day! When I called the service department, they told me to bring my truck to them within the next hour. When I arrived at Belk Ford, they immediately found and solved my problem and had me ready to go in less than an hour.

Our experience with Belk Ford and all the employees has been FANTASTIC! The purchasing process was smooth and the staff did everything in their power to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. After purchase, the service department has been timely and precise. We will ALWAYS buy a vehicle from Belk Ford!

They had the truck I wanted. The paperwork was was handled no a timely manner. Simon Corson in sales was knowledgeable and courteous. The finance manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with my purchase.

I drove 5 hours to purchase a vehicle that I saw listed on Autotrader. When I arrived home, I looked over the paperwork and noticed that they charged me $1,000.00 more than the advertised price on Autotrader. When I called them about it the following day, they told me that must have been an error or a typo, there was nothing they could do....they also sold me an extended warranty for the truck that I’m pretty sure is not applicable, because the truck I purchased has had the emissions deleted by the previous owner. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this shady dealership.

****TREMENDOUSLY POOR customer service. Service Manager is extremely rude and highly disrespectful to a customer and would NOT be someone I recommend to ANY business in dealing with the public. His language is offensive and he is confrontational; his view toward dealing with a "customer" needs some remedial training, and immediate attention. The Service Advisor also did not look to communicate nor contact a customer in a timely fashion for diagnosis or repair; 9am appointment and no word until we had to place a call in very late afternoon. Regarding the GENERAL MANAGER to whom I attempted to discuss the poor experience with, he also lacks the understanding of Customer Service and a rational discussion, but certainly believes in the extreme distortion of fact which essentially yielded to a waste of my time. Just a very bad experience.*****Took my vehicle immediately to another local business in Oxford, and was treated with courtesy and professionalism; issue was diagnosed within 15min and part ordered.

They took advantage of my elderly parents. They traded in a 2010 escape with 95000 miles on it and absolutely nothing wrong with it. They gave them $1000 for it. Trade in value was between $2500 and $4000 according to multiple on line sources. Then they turned around and put it on their lot for $8000. If I had known before hand I would have stopped them from trading it in. Belk Ford definitely took advantage of my parents. Luckily for them I live out of state or I would be there having a long talk with the sales manager.
