“I called Darby's on a Thursday to inquire about replacing the tires on my daughter's car. I spoke to Brad, who was the nicest and most informative person I could've asked for. We went over the options available for car, the pricing and the warranty. When I chose the tires I wanted Brad said he could order them and have them in Friday morning around 11ish. I was so happy to receive his call Friday morning at about 9:30 saying the tires were in and I could bring the car down anytime. When I arrived, they took the car in right away, replaced all four tires, even changed the oil and filter and I was out of there, probably within 30 to 40 minutes. The guys did a great job, the price was extremely fair, and I feel good knowing that if my daughter has any issues with her car in the future she has a reputable place to go. I would happily recommend these guys! If you have a student in town and they need car service check these guys out.”

“You can always count on Gateway Tire Oxford to be your trusted friend!Since the tires were still under warranty, I brought my car to a nearby tire shop in Panola County yesterday to get them fixed before taking it to Sam's Club in Southaven this week to have the tire replace. Driving down Highway 6 to Oxford today, I see that one of my tire is severely losing air, which indicates that the tire shop I took it to the first time didn't even attempt to fix it.Gateway Tire Oxford saved the day for me today. The workers were still there even though it was just after hours. I explained my problems to them, and they quickly fixed my tire while being incredibly kind to me. I'm very grateful to them that they got me back on pace.”

“Last week was my 3rd visit to this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and I have found out things from them I never knew about my vehicle. I’d been dealing with a nationwide chain for the past 5-6 years only to find out they weren’t providing the services I’d been paying for. For example, my oil filter that had been reportedly changed showed signs that it had been at least 40k miles of use. My cabin filter was almost black and had leaves in it. It apparently had never been changed. When I told the dipstick technician that I was going out of town he, without asking, did a check on my battery and gave me the print out. I won’t be taking my vehicle any where else in Oxford for the services I can get through them. Fast, friendly and most import, honesty.”

“I honestly can say I’ve never had a bad experience at this auto center. Zach, Pamela, and everyone else at the front desk are always so nice and helpful. The mechanics usually get my services done very quickly. Today, my oil change on a busy Saturday from check-in to check-out took only 39 minutes! Any time my service has taken longer than an hour was only because they were either super busy or understaffed! You can’t get better service with the prices they offer. Two Christmases ago, I was able to purchase all four of my tires for $365, which included my service charge! They’ve helped keep my car running for the past 3 years by either performing the services or recommending places that could. I live all the way in Olive Branch (but still have a job in Oxford), and I will still get my services done here. Take it from me, I never write reviews. However, I was getting ready to head home which is 5 hours away, and I was told they could get my oil change done quickly to get me back on the road. I was feeling grateful, so I wanted to express my gratitude in this review. Thank you, Walmart Auto Care Center in Oxford!”
