“7/24/2025. Took a chance and went to the Service Dept. My driver side visor came off and I needed it fixed. They had to order a part and I went back on 7/24/2025 and got the visor fixed. Very friendly staff, Pam did call to tell me the part was in. They made an unpleasant situation pleasant. Thank you Oxford Toyota for a caring staff.
We were only going to look, but we wound up purchasing a vehicle. Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then we went to Tim's office. Very polite and explained every detail to us. Now to see how the service department will be. Thank you.

“My truck decided it was a fine time to leave me hanging on the side of the road, so I did a quick search and found Shiver's towing. He got there and had me hooked up to his tow truck in under 10 minutes. Very professional, punctual, friendly, and most importantly VERY reasonably priced. “When it comes to hustle, the staff and mechanics at Oxford Tire could be starters at Ole Miss football; they are that active. We needed two SUVs serviced with tire rotations, checked pressures, and problems (if any) identified from this work. The results were under an hour for both, even with stalls very busy. The cost was surprisingly low compared what we are used to. And when checking out, the mechanics covered any problems on the vehicles identified, whether short or longterm. Those are very helpful in planning. Plus, any anomalies, like a tire-pressure warning light still showing after repair, was covered (since these can stay on for a short time after air is pumped, I learned). The things one can learn at Oxford Tire, Inc. . . .”

I had already ordered a rim for my tire at orileys, they offered to call and help me cancel that order and told me they could actually fix the little dent in my existing rim, put on a new tire and put it on my car wayyy faster than I ever expected they would be able to! The front desk was so kind and so helpful definitely recommend coming if you are a young college girl they are honest people and always do their best to help you whenever me or my friends have come by!!”

“Really honest people. I brought my car in had them assess it. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. It was a surface chip only, so they told me to just monitor it and explained what to look for and when to bring it back. I could tell they were the right place to take it when I had any glass repair issues.”
