“7/24/2025. Took a chance and went to the Service Dept. My driver side visor came off and I needed it fixed. They had to order a part and I went back on 7/24/2025 and got the visor fixed. Very friendly staff, Pam did call to tell me the part was in. They made an unpleasant situation pleasant. Thank you Oxford Toyota for a caring staff.
We were only going to look, but we wound up purchasing a vehicle. Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then we went to Tim's office. Very polite and explained every detail to us. Now to see how the service department will be. Thank you.
6/9/2025: went today and had my car serviced. I was an hour early, but they took my vehicle and I was on my way home. Very friendly staff.”

They also have an overnight key drop-off service that was extremely helpful. I plan to continue using the Belk Ford Service Department to keep my F-150 running smoothly and dependably.”
“Super helpful! The manager don't know their name but they had long brownish hair and glasses, they were so informative. We constantly have headlights go out and they gave us some grease to put on the bulb to help with longevity! No other place in town is doing stuff like that! Highly recommend!”
““More Than Reliable” should be the name for Reliable Glass, LLC. When arriving for a front window replacement, the crew explained the glass had been damaged during transport to their facility. Another would be dispatched to their Northern Oxford location with our approval. If they were less than professional, the bad glass could have been used to replace the current front windshield, and we would not have known. There was no way that team could do such a thing; their spirit is in their work. So we returned the next morning , and they had the glass prepped to install, all the while explaining details. We stepped out for a quick breakfast, and they had finished the two hour or so installation in an hour. So we were ready to go. Explanations were given on how to close a door when there is new glass; got it. Reliable Glass even found ways to trim our estimated costs, for which we were grateful. We want no more broken windshields on our SUV, but if it occurs, Reliable Glass LLC will be our first call.”

He was helpful throughout the whole process and super personable and understanding. The pricing was fair and the work was done really well! My car looks so much better now. I definitely recommend Kenny’s Body Shop if you’re looking for honest and quality service!”
“Every time I go in this advanced auto the service is awesome, I gave 4 stars because here lately when I am looking for my specific needed items I have been finding out that Advanced Auto has higher costs on a lot of their items that a couple of the other Auto Parts Stores in oxford, which for me is a sad thing because I have always perfered Advance Auto over the other Auto parts storess.”

“I singed up for coupons on line. I went to the store in Oxford.Msto get an item I was viewing. I get home and you sent me a coupon for 25%off the items I had viewing. That's a little too late”
“The service was good, but the staff, or the Walmart system who deal with paperwork and payment is not ideal. Had me waiting for 30 minutes because they made a bunch of mistakes:
1. Payment was wrong: someone else paid for my service and they had to redo it.
2. The summary of what they did to my car inaccurately reflects what they did.”
