My gas line was accidentally pulled out from the shut off before the regulator during a fence demo. I shut the valve, and a delivery driver stopped by within the hour and locked out the valve, and indicated a tech would be out to reconnect. It has been two weeks and I still cannot get a repair or a date for a repair. I have called multiple times. We have had no hot water for the duration. My wife is handicapped and it is difficult getting her bathed with no hot water. I am ready to change providers.

Ordered online delivery and paid January 20 . Still haven't received delivery or given new delivery date. This is now February 8. You used to be best in customer service. Now it's very bad!

The delivery driver Pat, he was vey polite mannered, was considerate of our property and very nice . I happened to me outside in my yard and met him when he stopped to refill our tank.

Not sure if Amerigas has all the pay and buying options that Thompson has because no one at Amerigas has offered anything to me. I will be switching to Thompson. Seems like they are cheaper anyway.

Cannot get ahold of this company to save your life (Figuratively. God forbid literally considering what they sell..) Have been trying all month long. Just an endless loop of bots. Might get lucky and get a human for 30 seconds only to go back to the bot loop.. Will not respond to emails either. Save yourself some serious migraines and go with another gas company if you can.

Due to all the poor costumer support and multiple failed call back attempts from the supervisors I went with another propane company. This was by far the absolute worst company and costumer service I have ever experienced. I will not accept any propane delivery from your company in the future.

I love Ms. Pat and Mike, I didn’t even know anything about purchasing propane to put in the tank because my dad had passed away and I had moved into his house after he died. I came from the city where everything comes together but they didn’t give me a hard time for not knowing ! Country life is much different from the city, so I just want to thank them for helping with the transition and for the great service that has been giving !!!

Everything went smoothly with Amerigas. I had purchased propane from another company prior and still knew nothing about what to look for and how to keep an eye on things. Amerigas was informative through it all and left me more educated about propane
