The first time using this establishment. My mother dropped the clothes off on the 23rd. 2 dresses, 2 jackets and a pair of jeans. Picked them up about 2 hours ago, 1 of the jackets still has stains and none of the clothes have that dry clean smell making me think none of the clothes have been cleaned. Will take clothes to another cleaners to be re-cleaned. $38.25 down the drain. So disappointed.

We have been customers of White Oaks Cleaners for roughly 6 or 7 years now. They do a wonderful job, they are very professional and the prices are extremely competitive. We have used them for all types of garments, tablecloths, etc and never have I had an issue. They are extremely reliable and delivery is SUCH a time saver for us. We could not be happier with them. One time we had a shirt come back without a button. As soon as I let them know they apologized, repaired it and delivered it to us. We didn’t need it immediately so I did tell them just to bring it with our regular delivery. Couldn’t be happierService: Delivery

PAID $500+ FOR DRAPES THAT WERE NOT CLEANED... I have patronized this business for several years because they service my office building in east Memphis. I have used them outside of the work environment- even though they were not in close proximity to my home - which meant I had to go out of my way to drive to the Olive Branch location. Over the years, they had been responsible and willing to service me. When in recently moved to Southaven, I intentionally gave them my business and drove 30mins to drop off 8 sets of the custom drapers in my home to them for cleaning. I was told it would be two weeks and I would have to pay up front and risk any damage that might occur. I explained my need to have them cleaned because the previous owners had cats and dogs and I have bad allergies to cats. I complied willingly with payment up front because as far as I knew, they were trustworthy. The bill totaled over $513. Sadly, not only were the drapes returned with some not cleaned at all, but all were hung and tagged like they had been. I've been suffering with allergies since they were dropped off. I immediately laundered the two sets of sheers because I was able to at home and the wash water was almost black with dirt. One set had a ring where something wet had stained it and was visibly dark with dirt and had obviously never been cleaned. I went ahead and hung 4 sets of the heavier drapes that seemed okay. The next set to be hung set off my allergies immediately after being removed from the plastic, felt like they were dusty and still had some markings from the metal hooks used to hang them. I returned this set to the cleaners today and asked to speak to the owner. I explained my allergic symptoms and asked why the sheers and possibly others were returned uncleaned. He stated they had done the best they could and didn't want to cause any damage to the drapes. He abruptly left me standing with no further explanation or concern. I was floored!!!! Such behavior from a reverend and someone I've been directly patronizing for several years?! Additionally, I still had to pick up another order of clothing that I had also left with them totaling over $100. I told them to keep my personal bag because I would not be returning after such bad treatment. If this is how loyal customers are treated by the owner and his cleaners, I'd hate to see how anyone else is treated. I will not be returning and no longer recommend this business. ????

I dropped off a leather jacket to be cleaned. I pre paid $60!!! Upon pick up I noticed it was just as I left it, still dirty. If it couldn't be cleaned you should inform the customer it can't be clean instead of keeping the money for a subpar job!!!!! Please don't waste your money in this establishment.

Shrunk my clothes by washing my items instead of dry cleaning!! U don’t wash T shirts u dry clean them! I got a brand new 1k washer at hm if I wanted them washed shrunk and faded I could’ve did it myself!!

They customer service sucks! I dropped two pants off on a Wednesday, the lady said come back Friday after 5:30. I came at 6:37. The old lady walked out to lock the door. I asked are they closing she say yes. I ask could I come in and just get the jeans. She said they close at 6:30pm. I explain that the cashier told me to come after 5:30pm, being a new customer I wasn’t aware of closing time. So that’s basically giving me 30 minutes to pick up my items. She still refused to let me get the items. Stated the cashier already broke down the register, and walked away. In 7 minutes they can close the entire shop!

I am staying in a hotel here in Olive Branch. When I asked the staff here for a drop off laundry service they recommended this place. They have free pick up and drop off and I was told it was per pound for regular laundry. Since I use drop off back home all the time I was looking forward to this.
When they brpught my clothes back I was outraged at the bill! What would have cost me about $50 back home was almost $350! Yes almost $350 was charged to my debit card! I am outraged. Why do you charge so much for something everywhere else i go to is so much cheaper? I am never using you again even though my clothes are clean and nice just because of the enormous amount charged.

Great customer service, I have never had any problems. Good prices and they offer 10% off if you pay when you drop off. Blazing turnaround times.
