Had an interview/walk through and was told they would get back with me in 2 days. It’s been a week and HR doesn’t answer EVER. Atleast update the people you’ve interviewed on the process.

Very terrible managers. Employees do what they wanna like steal time, smoke weed on the parking lots come back in with loud odors., and management don't care. Managers being sexual engage with other mangers and employees. Hr is not the goto person for resolution( 0 understanding when it comes to employees being treated unfairly. I'm telling you this place is bad business for business period. I wouldn't recommend no one to this company. Also you are overwhelmed with work and never no assistance when it's way too much. Very messy especially when leads and managers curse at there employees and expect them not to respond back. The manager over all operations doesn't care either. This company need a whole new management staff. And they will never answer the phone for you, even though there looking at it ring. Clean this mess up or it will not last with these corrupted managers. I would rate this company a 0 if it wasn't for the stars. And one more thing the corporate people also goes off the manager statements, so don't even rely on them for help either. JUST SO NO.?

Went for the orientation at the end of January, were offered the position, also gave my info and what shift I wanted to work on. Received a call from Victor asking if I preferred my shift or a different shift. And I stated the shift I requested in the beginning. (5pm-3:30am) well apparently it was already filled without me knowing. I were told I was going to get an invitation email and never got one. I called him back and also emailed and never received an answer nor employment. I do not recommend Walmart, defiantly is not a promising job and are very unorganized!
