Extremely long wait times whether on the phone or in person. It is ridiculous! They are always out of your prescriptions. This is the worst Walgreens in Olive Branch by far. I’m ready to move my prescriptions at this point.

The 2.1 review for this store is an overrating. I tried to call the pharmacy 5 times, never reached a real person in over an hour and a half. I had a simple question. In the meantime my husband called from his phone and asked for a store manager. He never got an answer either. We finally went to the store. It is obviously understaffed. It is not the pharmacy's fault that they are overwhelmed and overworked. Tried to talk to the manager in person. He was angry and defensive, would not listen and didn't want to be bothered. So is this a management problem or a corporate issue? This store is absolutely horrible.

I called, asked for the store manager. Every 30 seconds I get a recording that says all staff are answering other calls. That's funny I asked for a manager. My wife at the same time was trying to get to the pharmacy and they wouldn't pick up the phone either. So either this store is under staffed and has no intention of answering a phone or the store manager and his/her staff could care less!!!

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. They will not speak to you, they expect you to speak to them first. The photo department had 3 employees standing around and not one asked, "May I help you?" Until I finally asked where do I go for photo pickup then the lady throws the photos at me and says she can check you out up front." Which then had to wait in line, never again. Goodluck with those employees.

I came on a day that was super busy to the photo section. Denise was so helpful and very sweet! She caught a flaw in my picture and it was so appreciated. She was very personable and exactly what I needed. She definitely made my day better. I would recommend her in the photo center 1000 times over. She made my experience great.

It took over 4 hours for my prescription to be ready. First they lost the prescription, then took 4 hours to fill it. Not organized at all. I will drive the extra miles to another store to have better service next time.

Never get you any information unless you call them directly and ask for a person where you go in. Then they tell you they don’t have it. I’ll give you some other story or you have to wait.

I was wondering why people hated this Pharmacy rude workers lost my sons prescription and left my call on hold for 30 minutes each time. NEVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY.

This place is a joke, I don't know what changes we're made but the staff is awful!!! I am sorry to say but will not shop at a place where they get rid of good employees to bring in I don't even know how to describe them I will take my business else where good jobWalgreens you are loosing customer'shope you are happy

I requested refill online , got message through email it was received. I went to pick it up through drive thru, 12-14-23, I thought this would be a quick trip, get to my turn finally at drive through and was told it was not in the system, they dont know what happen but I had to come back-waisted lunch break. Go back the next day 12/15/23, I see no cars in drive thru and I hurried inside no one at the counter but me I was so elated and said to myself, I am lucky-this rarely happens, I go up to the counter. I'm waiting and waiting, everyone is doing there on thing. So I lay my keys down on the counter hoping I get someone attention, few mins later someone says, "someone will be right with you.: I am waiting, and waiting no help...5-7mins go by, nothing. Keep in mind I am the only customer in pharmacy.. Finally the lady says who is working the front. Another lady says I will get it but I am going on to lunch, she then have me wait another 3mins before she checks me out. I ask for my meds and asked ma'am is this vitamin e buy one get one free, she says I dont know if its not a sign out there, I said it said so online, she says well you may have to take it up front. First of all the product is in the pharmacy can you not do a price check? or is that asking alittle bit to much. I would hate for you to miss your lunch break because I surely missed mine...
Oh and after I gave her the side eye, she scan the vitamin e and of course it was buy one get one free....smh...GET IT together WALGREENS!

I asked the guy who was working the front counter ? Can I use my rewards? He said YOU DON’T HAVE ANY ? I knew I had $15.00 !!! He argues YOU DON’T!!! I did not want to Make a scene. He was rude!! I was pissed!!
