My 81 year old mother received a text stating her prescription was ready and when she got there it was not. Then the lady behind the counter yelled at her and made her cry. She and my entire family are no longer using Walgreens

The absolute worst pharmacy and rudest pharmacy techs I've ever encountered. Obviously they do not know how to do their jobs properly. Will be switching.

Poor customer service. This is the 2 nd encounter with the staff at this Walgreens pharmacy . Staff -(pharmacy techs)is very unprofessional and rude. Have no consideration for the patient. After trying to get my son medicine the tech could not find his insurance on file and I told her it should be on file because I just left the pharmacy down the road due To them not having the medicine. She told me the customer if I can’t find then you will just have to pay out of pocket. She didn’t even try to look for it . She also called my son a girl and when I corrected her saying it a boy she look at me like oh well not even offering an apology. This is ridiculous. The wait times are just absurd. Don’t waste your time at this pharmacy

They often have my meds in stock when its been a hastle for about year now on shortage of my meds, they have had them for me 7/8 previous times i have used them, it has made it easier on me for sure. They stay slammed... only thing negative is they got tons of prescriptions to run though and sometimes takes longer than I'd planned.

I’ve lived in several states and I’ve always used Walgreens. This is by far the WORST one I’ve encountered. I’ve been given the wrong medication, watched their staff keep costumers waiting while idly chatting, sometimes I’ve been asked for ID, and sometimes not. I hate to switch pharmacies, but I’ve had enough.

Upon walking up to the photo lab that wasn't staffed the cashier acknowledged me but instead of coming to help me she let another customer walk up to her line and told me she would be right over. So you skipped helping me even though I was next? Another associate came over to the lab and could not locate my order. My name was given, phone number & even my confirmation email but nope no pictures. After 15 minutes of looking no offer was ever made to simply print my order they could not find so I left. Horrible service with absolutely no MOD coverage on the front end!

Terrible attitudes, they never have my medicine when I show up but they call me and tell me my medicine is ready? I'm also epileptic and need my seizure medicine and they tell me it'll be days before I can receive it and I hVe to drive to near by pharmacies to receive it.
