Sadly for the second time in a row, I tried to pick up a vape here while picking up food next door. Just to find a note on the door saying "be back 10 mins" needless to say they weren't back in 10 minutes either time.

I'm a regular at this location. I've never had a bad experience at any Vaporwize location. I don't think I've been in any of their stores for longer than 10 minutes, usually less than 3 minutes. Granted, I usually know what I want before I go in.

if i could give zero stars i would. took ten minutes to get service and they sold me a vape that wouldn’t charge. to top it off they won’t refund me anything or let me get another vape

The older gentleman that was working Friday night was very helpful. I went in to find a replacement mod for my husband and he went thru a couple devices until he found what we were looking for! Thank you so much. We will be back soon to find me one.

Just went there today and I should have asked for the girls name. But she was so nice and helpful for me today. I went here to buy a vape pen charger and unfortunately they didn't have it. However, the girl that was there immediately wrote down which one I needed and said she'd have it ordered to be there next week. I just wanted to thank y'all on here because employees like that seem to be rather rare and I could go looking for a charger at another shop but because of how she gave such good costumer service I'm waiting till the ones she ordered come in and buying it from there!

I got to say, I was impressed with the service I received. Dude was very patient with me. I had to come back in 3-4 times because I forgot to ask about something else. However when I need something, I will be come back to this shop. Nice job!!!

Nice and knowledgeable staff. I don't vape, but my sister stops by the store frequently when she comes to OB to visit. She really likes the place! Great selection and prices!
