I am a company driver and have had to take the trucks that I have been in charge of driving to MHC for the last 6 years.
I have convinced my company to take all of our trucks to Snider for service and repairs after 6 years of horrible service from MHC.
Snider has consistently been attentive, responsive and have provided a high level of urgency for working on Commercial vehicles. The service we have had on our vehicles this year by Snider has been Excellent.
No returns for the same issue, Work requested has been completed fully and communication has been consistently forthcoming.
They are not open 24 hrs a day, but will get your truck in and out before the other center even touches it to start.
A nice waiting area if needed.
Next to fast food if time allows and need to eat while truck gets serviced.

Did an alignment for our ford F-350 99 dually and service was bad and I’m sure they over charged us. Wheels were still unbalanced. I do not recommend getting your alignment done at this shop.

Brought my truck into the shop on Wednesday April 10th for a Landstar inspection and had a leaking wheel seal. After first replacement, the ABS tractor light stayed on . The shop had ordered the wrong seal to my understanding and went to Tag center to get the correct seal. Replaced the seal and I was good to go. Drove 15 miles back to my yard and parked. I noticed oil was leaking out onto the ground. I talked to Lamar, the manager and he was very very helpful. He understood the severity of the situation and sent a truck out with 2 people to make the repairs on-site. Chris made the repairs and I test drove my truck 30 miles. Drove back to their business and Chris looked at the seal to check for leaks and added a little more hub oil. Thank you Lamar for your service. If you go in there for a big truck problem, ask for Chris. He is very knowledgeable.Thanks, Carl

Good customer service but I went in for an alignment on my 14 5.0 and got the car back and the steering wheel wasn’t aligned. I returned next day they took my car with no issue, received my car and the wheel was still off. I don’t know if it’s their machine or what but I know what a straight steering wheel is. Guess I’ll pay someone else cause I like giving away money apparently! Maybe their machine wasn’t calibrated. I hate waisting money.

Great service, great employees great price! I had a nail in my tire and these guys were able to get me taken care of at a moment's notice , they had good conversation and proivded coffee too! 10/10 would come back!

Bad attitude man. One of their drivers was driving like a lunatic in West Memphis and tried to get me and my bf to pull over? I was game but sadly my level headed boyfriend was driving. Dude was either crazy or on his period. Definite anger issues ???

Waited 4 hours for them to arrive. They said it would be an hour and a half til they could get to me. Said they would call when close. No call. Bad service. Wouldn't recommend.

I call them and they said they dont do alignment but their website said they do. :-(
