I recently placed an online order with Target and opted for in-store pickup. The entire process was incredibly smooth and convenient. The online ordering system was user-friendly, and my items were ready for pickup in no time. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made the pickup experience a delight. Thank you, Target team, for making shopping so effortless and enjoyable!

I have had no major issue at this location. Some employees are awesome and some are very unprofessional but that’s most of the stores you shop in today it’s like employees are not held to the same standards are before.

The Starbucks was delicious I go there all the time It doesn't matter if it's pick up or inside the store it's just amazing. The service is awesome but I usually do self checkout. Hit or mess it's definitely a hit go right now

I must say, I don’t normally shop at this Target location but I found the store clean & unlike Walmart the isles were clear. I was able to find with ease everything I was looking for. As I came to the checkout lanes, I noticed one customer service person that looked like she hated the world. Shoppers were greeting her & her responses were curt & short. Her hand on her hip ready for them to move on. Her name was Jacki or Jackie. I can’t remember. Fortunately for me, I picked Micki’s lane. Micki was smiling & very friendly. Pleasant to speak to. She also showed me how to use my new Target ? card for the first time. If you go to the Olive Branch Target choose her lane.

Really enjoy shopping at this Target location, the staff is wonderful, store always very clean, shelves stocked well and my family feels very safe here.
