Andre is awesome. I had 2 cars serviced. No pushing. He just advised me, listened and offered services. Took excellent care of my cars and left not feeling beat or used and feelinf as though the full staff were trained well. Will repeat.

First time to try Take 5 Oil Change.Several people were in line in front of me. But it only took about 10 min to get to me. Staff was fast and friendly. Will be sending my other family members there when their service is due.

I came to get an oil change. Everyone was super friendly! I was greeted while I waited and offered a bottle water. The people that serviced my car were fast and efficient. I was offered additional services and recommendations. The biggest plus was that I asked for a coupon and the manager sent me one with no hesitation. 10 out 10 recommend!!!!

Olive Branch is the best service I’ve received in years of going to Take 5 for oil changes. I visited in three states and this is by far the best service.

I deleted my last 5 Star review from this past January. I just visited the Take 5 today, May 17th to get an oil change. When I pull in I expected for the techs to have my last service on file but they did not. I not only got an oil change in January, I got all the extra services that was offered by the technician. No record of me in their system. Mind you this is the same location I visited in January. I did not have my copy of the receipt however I expected them to have record of it as they are offering all the extra services to me again. I was very disappointed with this matter as they made many attempts to look up my past service in this same year. I showed the technician the transaction from my bank statement from this location and date but they still could not locate my record. I can’t patronize a business that can’t keep record of my visits in their system.
