Was busy when I pulled up but the employees worked as a team and kept the traffic moving. They were very knowledgeable and patient. I asked them to look for a possible oil leak and they found a minor one next to my oil pan. I'll definitely be back in a few months and the price was decent.

I love this location! Always greeted with a smile and offered bottled water. I have been coming for several years and pleased with the level of service and professionalism. I highly recommend you Take 5 and get your oil changed at this location! Thank you!

One of My service guys yelled “Don’t turn the wheels unless I tell you.” I didn’t appreciate how he spoke to me. Nevertheless great job guys.
They worked a team to get me in and out in a timely manner. The guy was the manager and may have been stressed. Which I understand. Overall I was happy with the outcome.

Before i get into my review i’d like to say besides the customer service on the front end i was not very pleased with my visit on 1/3/25. There was a tech there who i could tell was not very competent but i believe in giving people a shot. Upon draining the oil and me informing him that it was soil change only service and i had air filters for my vehicle, he still proceeded to remove the filter in an attempt to upsell, and i get that , but i told you straight up what i was here to get serviced. but as he was pouring the oil he made and Oh crap face and proceeded to pour the oil. when they finished pouring it they came and asked me to reset my oil change light and said they were just double checking and wiping it down and i was good to go. but when i left i smelled a burning smell and figured it was maybe the car in front of me but upon getting on home and seeing the smoke coming from my hood and how much oil they spilled and was infuriated by the fact they said nothing about it at all and let me drive off not knowing how far i had to go and it could’ve caused a problem way bigger and they weren’t going to say a damn thing. I respectfully would never go back and am really irritated by the fact nobody felt the need to at least make me aware.

Employees were highly knowledgeable of their duties. Very nice and friendly. There were about 9 cars ahead of me, but I was in and out in no time.

The gentleman who work here, are great! They explain to me what they’re doing, and they answer all the questions I have, and they let me know what my vehicle needs along with pricing. They are not pushy either. They get us in and out quickly and efficiently! Landon, Cody, Justin and a curly haired guy are who worked with my on July 14th!
Edit: Jan 2 2025, came back for another oil change, and was helped by Davion, and Justin. Love the crew at this location, they always treat me well and get my vehicle done quickly and efficiently!
