My friend went to this store to ask for a layout for her new kitchen. The did all the measurements and bought nearly $11k in cabinets. When the time to install those cabinets, the contractor started to have some issues with the measurements because they were wrong but he managed to get them where they needed to be. The issue came when he was going to install the one that goes on the double oven that my friend had; the base cabinet that supposed to go in the bottom was nowhere to be found and surprisingly, this store just didn't send it. When my friend went to the store, they told her that they sent it which was not true because the salesman told her that he counted them and it was a total of 22 cabinets, but they supposed to send 23 cabinets as the layout says. My friend ended up buying the missing cabinet at another location because this store refused to help her out.

Customer service was horrible! I will never recommend this store to anyone. No one greeted me as I was the only one in the store, and when the one guy did approach me, he had an attitude. I will never go there again, and Home Depot is better and cheaper.
