“Field Service Supervisor Khalil Johnson is the best!!!!! He went above and beyond to get me my package. I have a flight 5am Monday morning to Mexico. My package which is my passport was sent from Liberia, West Africa. After being held at Customs it was finally released back to DHL and arrived in Memphis yesterday. After being told that it would've been delivered yesterday afternoon, I noticed that it was put on hold at the local facility. I called and was informed that it would be delivered Monday, sometime due to bad weather. It was late Friday evening when I was given the number to the local facility to contact. After a couple of failed attempts, Khalil answered and promised to go in the office on Saturday to try and locate my package even though it's not a regular work day. He located it Saturday morning and called to ask me to pick-up. I'm soooo grateful to God and him and I really appreciate his efforts.Thank you a million times over Khalil??”

“Hello, many years ago I worked @UPS Bartlett and my son worked @ UPS Airport. I have to say we worked our tails off for about 4 or 5 hours a day or night. Pay was good but the work was worth every cent. We were unloaders' and loaders. As far as customer service goes they are a 10. Awesome company with opportunity for advancements and the benefits are great after 1 year of hard work. oh yeah people ,please keep your dogs away from your UPS driver! Remember they don't have to deliver when it comes to vicious dogs loose.”

“Easy in and out but can be difficult to get in to the gate at night. Can’t get anyone on the phone to get a code for the gate so have to sit there till a estes driver happens to pull up and they will come open the gate”

“I am at the Olive Branch UPS store often at least 5 times a week. The customer service is AWESOME!
CAROL is my go to person she is very professional,knowledgeable and tries her best to get you in and out in a timely manner which I absolutely LOVE!
Without Carol this UPS store would NOT run smoothly and effectively. Don’t get me wrong the other associates are FANTASTIC also BUT Carol is the absolute BACKBONE to this UPS store.This UPS store has come a long way in the past 3-4 years, a lot of their customers are very rude not to mention very demanding, believe me I have witnessed this rudeness for myself. Let’s face it getting great customer service has become obsolete which is pathetic but NOT at this particular UPS store!
Please acknowledge CAROL for her OUTSTANDING KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALISM with ALL of the UPS customers at the Olive Branch, MS store.
She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty! We need more people just like Carol to keep superior customer service alive!
