I called in and spoke with Brittney on 6/7/24 in regards to non-receipt of insurance card. Unfortunately, the old address had not been changed , although I had provided it twice before. Brittney attentatively listened to my needs, got the address changed and quoted an estimate of the insurance since the state location was different. Brittney’s kindness and positive attitude was above and beyond.

Brittany is always polite and helpful if I call or she calls me. It is always a friendly conversation. She is knowledgeable on anything I ask and always goes above and beyond in assisting. We have several vehicles on 2 separate policies and she breaks it down for me when I have questions. I have recommended not only State Farm but have told friends to ask for Britany specifically because she is always willing to help with a friendly attitude.
