Probably the worst Renasant branch they have. I had over $300 stolen from my account from fraudulent charges and no one helped to get my money back. Everyone I spoke to blamed it on different departments, and I still am out my money. I have been with Renasant since 2016 and they have gone down-hill these last few years.

It seems as if one department doesn't know what the other is doing and it takes days for a cash deposit in one of there atms to post how unprofessional can a banking institution be I will be relocating my business from there
