A well organized travel & truck stop. The food is consistently good, the fixing bar is always stocked, roller items are fresh and plentiful. Bathrooms are very clean and neat, the staff are friendly and well-trained. I drive a tractor trailer and the QT is my only truck stop. It is a definite recommend for me and my entire family.

Customer service is hit or miss ,always short staffed and long wait at the register, bathrooms never clean,iced coffee machines been down since they opened and always out of toppings for food

I was excited about this place. Than I came and it's awful. Besides saying welcome which they are supposed to. But they don't all the time. If your a regular they don't say it. Besides that customer service is non existent. Especially your big manager lady you all have working there. The bathrooms are never cleaned anymore. Two Mexican men walked in on me when I was in womens bathroom. I flipped out. No Spanish on door. I'm guessing they don't know english. I said something to the cashier man he didn't care. Your manager big lady dk her name. She don't care where any of the trucks park. They park in middle of road and she don't care. She is always sending her employees ŵhen she is working and makes them do everything. All she does is talks to men or sits in bathroom. You should give the job to the older assistant Manager. I will say I like the bald white guy. He's friendly to everyone and he cares. The red headed lady is very nice. The one girl works nights she is nice as well. The older black tall guy is really nice to.

Only 8 spots here, mostly bobtails and local delivery cabs, but I love sitting right here! Wish there were more spots, but it's a QuikTrip. I expected it to be small. We arrived WAY too early to pick up a load, so we're sitting for half a day. They don't have dog parks, showers, or laundry [none of the QuikTrips do] and ALL QTs have very limited amounts of parking. So if you keep this in mind, you're gonna have a good time. There IS, however, a big grassy area where the dogs can play! It's MOST LIKELY gonna be muddy, but I didn't mind since I have that silicone shower head from Petco and a huge water bottle specifically for the dogs. Spray a little foamy dry dog shampoo on my hands, give em a quick rinse, and even if you leave a little bit of soap in their fur - you're all good! Also, I DO carry long 50ft leashes with me so the dogs can have freedom [in case of no dog parks] and I can grab them if they get too close to the curb/driveway. The dogs had a blast, they got their energy out, and they get to roll in the mud! What dog wouldn't be estatic?! ???? As for getting some snacks n stuff from the QT, we got here around lunch time [for reference] and the mac n cheese was AMAZING!! Grabbed a Dr Pepper icee, and a couple of pretzels to go as well. Probably gonna grab a few more mac n cheese before I hit the road - they're just too darn good!!! I was a little disappointed with the pretzels. They're super fluffy, cooked just right, but I barely had any cinnamon sugar on my pretzel - it was mostly butter :( I have some cinnamon sugar butter in the truck so it wasn't a big deal, but man - they were kinda stingy with it. So I'm gonna try to take off half a star for that, but if not I'll keep it at 5 stars. This may not have EVERYTHING you need, but it's a nice place to rest for a while until you're on your way. Though, I guess it's a different story if you gotta stay a few days.

Like it overall but 2x now I have been there to either get coffee or frozen coffee(today) at 4 pm and they are cleaning them. Seems that there is a better time to clean them ( like overnight) or maybe coffee then frozen coffee cause today it was hot and I made a special trip just for frozen coffee to find them cleaning it again. Guess I need to call ahead so I don’t waste a trip and gas for nothing. Very disappointed with the timing of the cleaning which I know it’s required but that is the time customers will come in ad it gets hotter. Hope you can do better with this.*******So find it interesting as I went down and looked at some reviews and the several I looked at the OWNER only answered back on the POSITIVE REVIEWS not NEGATIVE reviews..find that odd.Don’t go there around 4 pm if you want coffee or frozen coffee cause they aren’t out there.

Truckers, never full there again. First, the price was $15 Cents higher then advertised.Also I prepaid for def, and thinking the balance return to my credit card, almost living the store, I returned and ask I want to make sure the balance when to the credit card, and surprise they said oh no sorry is in cash. And she give me the cash. Another way of scam for truckers :(

I love Q .T.You need to come down Mississippi, a little more, like New Albany, everyone from Potts camp to Blue Springs are sick of running to Hollysprings and Tupelo for good gas-staions, just saying.I live in Tulsa for 10yrs, Move her 3 yrs ago, I drive now 45 to a hour on Saturdays to get my fix ?

The gas prices are cheapest in the area. Bathrooms are always clean. Brisket wrap is really good! Customer service there is great as well and that goes a long way.
