“All deliveries have been great, but…I’d give a better rating but our business set up an account to pay monthly. It worked for a while but quickly turned into such a fiasco it wasn’t worth it, and no one seemed willing to assist. The employee that originally set the account up was awesome but when she left all thw customer service died.”
“I had an issue with an Amazon return and stopped by The UPS Store for help. From the moment I walked in, Mariyah was kind, friendly, and so professional. She immediately greeted me with a smile and handled my return with such ease, even though there were a few complications on my end.
What stood out most was how well she multitasked, assisting me thoroughly while also helping other customers in the store. She made sure no one had to wait long, and everyone felt acknowledged and taken care of.
Mariyah truly went above and beyond. It's rare to see someone manage a busy store with such grace, patience, and efficiency. I really appreciated her help and positive attitude, it made my day!

“Outstanding Customer Service and Hospitality. The quality of their products is amazing. They pay attention to the details to ensure it's done right the first time. The communication was everything you should expect from someone you're doing business with. Every encounter from setting up the appointment to paying my invoice and leaving was very friendly, kind, and memorable.
Even the hospitality they showed me during the wait was very much appreciated. I was able to talk and share some stories with the manager over coffee. It's the little things that stand out the most. No question asked, this is my place of choice for wrap and decals needs in the future, plus any other services they offer. Definitely check them out.”

“Came in with my partner to get a t-shirt done in a large size, it came out just how we wanted it! Come to find out that when I got home it was made in a Medium instead of a Large. I informed the owner and she went above and beyond to make sure I got it in the right size, remade it in a large and allowed me to keep the medium. Great display of customer service, it was greatly appreciated.”

“Office Depot is a great place to buy supplies for your office. Wilson the manager is knowledgeable and also the technician to work on your computer if you have problems. They often have great deals on computers and printers. If you are in the market for one make sure you check them out. You might be pleasantly surprised at what you find. This is the only store I buy my printer ink from. They give $2 credit on your old returns. All and all 100% recommend this store.”

“Needed some last minute prints for a client I needed to visit. Searched for a printer near me (I am in a warehouse district near Oakhaven) and was lucky enough to find JJ Graphics. JJ answered the phone and was very nice and accommodating. I had less than 30 minutes to get a few flyers printed and he took great care of us and produced a great product. “We are leaving our Office Depot purchase in our van for several days before unloading it because of the virus. In that sense our transaction is not totally finished. But now we would tell you the service provided by Wilson & several of his colleagues could not have been more wonderful. Professionalism, critical thinking & care made the sale possible. We are 73, w/ medical issues & didn't want to come in. Product found online. Staff handled our payment & 3 bookcases were loaded in our van as we waited in the van. Just terrific problem solving & care. Efficient too!!”
