I didn’t enter the shower expecting much, but I was surprised at how relatively clean it was. They also have a nice selection of items to grab on the go.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The bathrooms were invitingly bright and clean. The trucking supply area was a little small for a Flying J; however, ??♀️, everything else was gravy.
Did I mention the bathrooms were sweeter than the immaculate reception?

You have abandoned vehicles parked in parking spots with no one in them you have people who have not paid for paid parking. The staff a lazy and disrespectful. Not coming back here ever. In my opinion. Customer service is important. Being rude and disrespectful and taking your customer's comments out of context just to make an excuse not to do your job is laziness. Customer service is important. Because of this in my opinion the lack of customer service the fact that you have abandoned vehicles parked in parking spots people have not paid the park and nothing being done about helping customers who have paid to park I rated a two-star. For the rudeness the willingness to take a customer's words out of context and for not servicing a paying customer. In my opinion that's why I lowered it to two I would have lowered it more but the facilities are clean they are not terrible. I also left another star because I have not tried the food so therefore I'm assuming it's good. you got three strikes because of the rudeness the lack of customer care for a paying customer and the fact that you're allowing vehicles to be stored on your property that are not in paid parking areas. I can understand an individual pain to store their vehicle in a reserved spot but I cannot understand why you're allowing people to store their bobtails in a full semi truck free parking area.

Showers are great. Store is good. Parking is confusing, cannot drop your trailer so you can go to the grocery store but you can abandon your truck in parking spots and non-parking spots. They need to give some business to the local wrecker operator to free up some parking spots.

Stopped in while traveling. (Naenae narissa and Randy aka RAN )These folks really made my day and I was having a bad one. So welcoming, great attitudes, knowledge and went the extra mile to be helpful when they noticed something I was eyeing was on sale. (naenae) I don't eat at gas stations but it was so clean I got 2 pieces of pizza! Thank you for the welcoming and friendly environment

The experience I just had was wonderful I was greeted with the biggest smile from Erica she accommodation me in every way possible. And going to subway JD give me the best services I received in a long time from a cook. The sub was excellent. Thanks Erica and JD for the professionalism.

Took a shower around 4 pm. No wait. Had 3 showers available. Had plenty more though. Wasn’t too sure about parking. When I came I made my own parking right by the cat scale where I saw other trucks made their parking at as well. Fuel pump was definitely busy though.

Make sure to save your receipt as the pump I was at didn't credit my reward points after swiping my card. Oh well. Mental note not to stop again.

Pilot My rewards+ starting to be Inaccurate it would say 3points per gallon but really it only add all your points as 1POINT per Gallon

Friendly staff but they're turning into TA pretty bad. Maybe 10 non reserved spots and 50 reserved spots. All reserved taken by 4pm and left to park on a street somewhere. Do better flying J
