I started taking my dog to Paws Inn and Suites about a year ago. My dog doesn't resist going with the staff so i know he lives it.The staff have all been friendly and loving towards my little ****. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for boarding or grooming services.

We love Paws Inn & Suites. Friendly, kind and caring. Emmie Lou is not stressed out when we pick her up. That speaks volumes to us.

Great price; good people. My 2 dogs were there for doggy day care daily for 2 months. They aren't used to people or other dogs, so were skittish at first. The folks there cared for them and ultimately they warmed up. Now they love going to see their friends! Thanks to the crew at Paws Inn!

I recently boarded my dog and found out when I brought her home they did not give her her treats or cleaning teeth bones. The previous time I dropped her off they also did not give her her treats or bones either. I specifically brought that up a second time I brought her in and asked if they would make sure she received them. It just makes you wonder how good a care you're receiving if they can't do this one simple task. Furthermore, I also told them she needed to wear a coat as she is very cold cause I recently had her shaved. When I got her back she did not have it on because they stated she was walking out of it. But I also told them she had an additional jacket in her bag. They could have tried that one as it has Velcro. I now think my dog was freezing the entire time of her stay.I will find a new boarder!

Great safe place to board your dog. My neighbor told me about Paw Inn & Suites when my normal boarding facility was booked. It is centrally located in Olive Branch, MS which makes it very easy to get it. They do require more vaccinations than other facilities but it is convenient to get your fur baby current on shots due to the animal hospital in front of their building. I have a Siberian husky who is full of energy. They tolerate my baby which is a major plus. I have never had issues. Try them….

Love this place and the workers! They care for and groom my 13 year old west highland white terrier to perfection! Reasonable prices and friendly staff. The grooming is consistent every time and our dog loves it there!

Every time I call to schedule my dogs to board the ladies who answer are so easy to work with, quick to accommodate and stop pleasant. Appreciate the great service!!

Our cat has been boarding here three times since May, they are affordable and offer excellent service! Mr. Kitty greets us at the door when we visit. The staff are friendly and we love everything about it!

I would NEVER EVER board my dog there again.. the guy was rude telling us that my furr baby was a bad dog that doesn’t want to go to in his kennel and the only things my dogs wants is play! ( WHY MY DOG IS BAD??) HELLO thats your job that’s why you got paid to taking care of my furry baby, what you expect you just gonna leave him into his kennel without playing or let him out atleast !.You should receive 0 star for being rude , worse and unprofessional

Previously lived in Southaven and brought my doggie baby here and HE LOVES IT!!! Now we live in Nesbit and I will drive to OB just for daycare fun. The staff rocks... Love Brody ❤️

Our dog Punk absolutely loved her stay here! They took excellent care of our girl and gave her a pedicure — this was much appreciated when my husband picked her up. We’ll definitely book her again in the suite next time we have to go out of town.

I have been a long time customer of Paws Inn & Suites and the team does a great job taking care of our dogs. The dogs LOVE to go to Paws Inn for their monthly grooming appointment and when I travel or take a vacation, I know our pets are going to receive great care. I can't recommend a company more highly than Paws Inn.
