Horrible, the worst laundromat. Service was very awful, he literally saw me change my $5.00 into quarters and saw that I went to the laundry and load it up and insert the money and then decided to tell me RUDELY to not go back so I decided to grab my clothes and he went back and forth and I did as well. He could've said something as I walked in( this was my first time there). I even greeted him as I walked in but he just looked with his ogre face.

Very rude owner I've had issues with multiple times but nothing I can't handle. But today he turned a woman around and denied service because she came in too late (7:00) which is a hour before closing...all she wanted to do was dry her laundry ...she was clearly in distress & said she just needed to dry & was scared to go into Memphis with her being alone with her child. So I offered to go with her until she was done

This is terrible. I come to this laundry mat when I need to wash Extra Large Rugs and my dog comforters, and so this evening I did. I arrived at approximately 6:48pm, as my daughter and I proceed to get the item out of the car and, I had to make about 3 trips, on my last trip the man that cleans the place, goes off on me in front of other customers saying that he is going to lock the doors at 7 and I cannot keep going back and forth. I said sir I can read the sign and I told him I was moving as fast as I can. Rude, rude, rude. There was no reason for him to be so rude with me. This is what Im most upset about, I called the owners to express my concerns, and the owners (husband) told me that if the man was rude to me, he had every right to be and if I choose not to come back to the laundry mat, it was ok with him and he hung up the phone. I was shocked. I have lived in Olive Branch for 15 years, and I have never been treated this way by a business owner. This is really sad. I will never patronize this business again. I will tell as many people as I can NOT to patronize this place. If you don't care enough about your customers then why should I come there. I was done washing at 7:40pm. The guy that was there was giving me dirty looks the entire time I was there. I bet if my husband was with me he wouldnt of been so rude. This is not how you treat customer. I do understand the hours of operation, however I didnt violate those hours, so being rude was not warranted. NOT a good place. I can take my money else where.

They do not offer contactless payments, or even credit card payments only cash coins. So you must bring change they do not have a changer

I really enjoy it being a Clean environment, I give it 3 stars overall.Both Pros/Cons: The Large washers gets a lot of clothes in one wash. $6.50 (bit expensive)Top Loader Washer: $2.50 (Do not have a strong wash cycle, but gets the job done)Cons: Dryers are a rip off. They do not really stay hot on High. Gets rather warm pretty quickly, leaving clothes damp or slightly damp. You will be out of $7 plus dollars, just for a complete Dry alone. $.50 for 6 mins to start. So bring your laundry light or spread it out in three to four dryers. If you are not wanting to stay a hour for a complete dry.(No rolling clothes baskets)I had 1.5 weeks worth of clothes for two people.Total: Colors and White's $19.50. ? because of Dryer.*Limited Parking Space.Pros: Very convenient location for residents who live nearby.

i have used this laundromat about six times. It has always been clean and the machines work well. The prices are a little higher than other laundromats, but it is close to my house. The last time I went there it was about 730 and I had a few loads to wash. I would've been out of there by eight, but the owner was there and he was very rude and told me I couldn't wash. I understand. He has got to get people out of there by eight but he is very rude about it. As long as you go there before probably 7 o'clock I recommend it.

First, no handicap entrance!! It was hard for anyone with a handicap to get in here. Thanks to another customer for helping me get in with my walker! No ramp and no handrail on steps to get in! Dryers are a joke and STINK! You'll go broke trying to dry clothes.

Rude dude he kick me out and told me I better not come back or I’ll see what will happen I call the police and they didn’t do nothing I told them it was a threat to me but they didn’t say nun the cops told me he was the owner

Me and my mother came to wash our clothes here at 6:30 and we left to do some things and we came back at 7:30pm to put the clothes to dry and we were waiting there and a employee African guy told me that they close at 8 and I told him that's fine it was me and my mother and a other lady there the lady was washing her clothes and it was at 7:58 when I went to get my clothes I was done with my clothes I went to pick up my clothes so I could leave and I was Leaving walking out and the African guy came outside and started yelling at me telling me that I should not come back if I do I will see what will happen to me and I told him why he mad that he shouldn't yell at me and he got all crazy and starting to yell at me more saying, you better not come back or you will see what will happen to you and I told him how come, you don't tell nothing to the white lady she is still washing her clothes and he told me I don't care about her. I want you to leave. And don't come back or you will see what will happen. He started to cuss at me. And getting all mad I thought he was gonna fight me because he got all mad he was spitting on the floor and I told him why are you mad Karen calm down and me and my mom walk out and he was still yelling at us, but I didn't listen to him because I was walking to my car now and he look at me very mad I thought he wanted to fight me I told him I hope you get fired with that service you give to people then I got inside my car and call the nonemergency to make a report because I felt threaten the police came and told me what happened and I told the police I wanted to make a report he went and talk to the guy African-American employee and the police came out and told me that the employee was actually the owner I was surprised that guy was the owner. Because that is the worst service I have ever. Seen in my life. How are you gonna be an owner with that service he should be grateful that people come to this washing room. I try to make a report, but the police didn't let me. And the police told me that the owner call the police too and make a report that he don't want me to come back and that he wants me to not come back or I'll be trespassing I believe that is something stupid bc I'm 19 and that employee well the owner is like 40 years old he was the one threatening me, saying that I better not come back, or I will see what will happen the police should have listened to me and not to that guy this is the worst service I have ever seen in my life I hope people open there eyes and see what kind of business you are giving your money to the owner looks like a fucking pitbull with that face he makes when he gets mad he should be grateful people come to this dusty ass washer

This place was close by where I was located. So I decided to go there. Once I put my clothes in washer and got started. The older man told me I could not wash. At first I responded with an ok. Because they wasn't closed. And everyone else was washing. So he insisted to continue telling me what I couldn't do. I just said Ohkay again. Got my clothes out the washer. And left. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time or money. The machines are old. The service is horrible. They need to update everything.

It fairly clean. Im glad its there. Can only give 3 stars because there are no laundry carts which may be bc of theft but its easy enough to add the pole that wont allow them out the door. And when its hot in there its miserable.

Came to wash comforters, The place is Clean, plenty of washers open to use..Air conditioner works & big fans So it's comfortable while it's 89 degrees outside.2 Change machines both Are working. No attendant in dutyGreat for a laundry mat.
