I wouldn’t buy anything from these folks. I spent an entire afternoon trying to buy an ATV from them and then was informed I couldn’t buy it due to a deposit being down on it already. They could have told me this a few hours earlier. If they had communicated it to me I would have had my afternoon back and saved me a lot of hassle. Terrible communication and bad business leadership skills. Worst run business I have ever dealt with. I was then contacted by the owner apologizing and said she would send me a quote on a new unit they had in the back and guess what……..crickets……imagine that

Worst place to get your bike or atv fixed. They take months to fix it, recharge you for parts they mess up, overcharge all together and lie about fixing wht u brought it in for then they tell you they charging you extra for keeping it longer than they expected to fix it. Total RIP OFF

I purchased a 2019 Can-Am Outlander 650 and a 2021 Can-Am Outlander 1000 on 4/1/2023 for 24,425. There was no warranty offered on either unit; On April 15, 2023 while riding the transmission stopped pulling. This ATV was displayed with 3 others outside the front of the business on 4/1/2023. This is a certified service center for Can-am and this wasn't a new problem, this unit should have went thru service after it was traded in before it went to the sales floor. We were told that it did and in fact the sales person stated that they adjusted the gear shift and didn't do it correctly, and asked the person with me (he is a mechanic ) if that was something he could do himself. When the transmission went out I was told that it had never been to service at all. So the issue was there and I was lied to about what it was. When I call nobody answers the phone and I've repeatedly asked for a copy of my contract and haven't gotten a response yet. I was only given 3 papers when it was purchased. I actually only signed 2-3 pages. I'm certain that the finance officer signed for me on a lot of them. I was never given a chance to read anything. This is bad business.

I brought my Polaris Ranger in for service while it is still under warranty. It was hard to shift, was dragging a little cranking (they pointed this out when I left it), and there was a noise and vibration when we went down the road. I asked that they do warranty work and call me if any other problem or charge.It was in service dept. for 2 weeks and I would call and they said it wasn't ready. When they called to say it was ready, I asked what they did and they put a spark plug and a link in chain and said they couldn't find any noise or vibration. When I picked it up they charged $145 for spark plug, chain link and labor. Told me it would have been a charge of $90 just to look at machine and see what was wrong even though it is under warranty. They didn't fix anything that was under warranty. I talked to Phillip on 11/9 and he was going to check with mechanic and call me back. I never heard back from him. My daughter called back and Phillip said they wouldn't anything about it. I would be hesitate to buy from them because of their service dept.

I took my 2021 can am spyder rt limited in today for a rear tire and it took 2 hours but I was charged 3.5 hours labor. $605.07 for tire and labor. Pure ridiculous. Will not happen again. Anyone that asks me where I take my bike I will tell them not OB motor sports. They rip people off. If I could give them a "0" star I would

This place is a ripoff. I took my can-am in to get the oil changed and I had a brake failure light on for them to check. This older lady in the service department told me that they would be done in 1-2 weeks and they would not charge me to diagnosis why the brake light was on. She stated if it was under $100 they usually go on the fix it if it is over $100 they would call me and tell me what is wrong with the brakes. I called to check on my bike at the 2 week mark and they told me they had not even touched my bike yet. They finally called me yesterday to tell me that it would be alittle under $1500. I told them I was going to hold off and come pick up my bike so when I picked it up today they turned around and charged me 123.05 to diagnose my bike cause I would let them fix it after telling me that I wasn't going to be charged anything. That is bad business and will never go back there.

I have bought 4 New motorcycles here . I always come back because Phil Jolly and his crew always take the time to take care of whatever I have plus they seem to always have the best prices around. The sales staff on the Honda side and Trish on the Can am side know the products they sell and are never pushy about selling so that I can make up my mind what I want.Great Place to buy a motorcycle or ATV.

Took my bike to them to have the transmission and clutches worked on, they kept it for almost 3 months without touching it. When I finally got the bike home one lug nut was off the front and the stud backed out causing the tire to lock up. When I called them about it they said they didn’t touch the bike, yet the lug nut was sitting beneath the instrument cluster

I bought new Can am .. It has keep breaking down since day one. ask for replacement or my money back week later and was denied by Phil.. Beware dont buy anything there.. they will not stand up for their products..
