Waited an hour to be called back & then another 45 minutes without seeing anyone today…finally walked out. It doesn’t take much to let a patient know why you’re running late. Will never go back. One star is too generous, but I had to pick one for my comment to post.

Can't get anyone to return calls in a timely manner. It can take 2 to 3 days if at all. Takes several days to get lab results even if it's not good news. I initially recommended several patients & friends to use them & without exception they have ALL had issues that remain unresolved. Very sad.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I've been going there for 19 years and never had a long wait or anything. I've only had one bad experience with a FNP and she no longer works there, thank God! Sometimes it does take an extra call to get meds refilled but nothing horrible.
