After looking for a car for over 3 weeks with no luck my mother in law and i was riding and said let's stop here. Olive branch auto sales was the best decision we have made,they were about to close and lock doors and Serenity took me in. I was overwhelmed from looking for cars over the weeks and walked straight in and test drove my new car Serenity was very helpful with everything she made my day. After going through so many car lots and running my credit I just wanted to give up I never made a decision with the 1st car I have test drove. I been in my car for almost 2months now and I'm still in love, with the help from Serenity and Mary they gave me the best customer service I want to personally thank them both for working hard on getting me in my vehicle the same day I will recommend these 2 ladies to anyone??.

Everyone at Olive Branch Auto Sales was kind and easy to work with. We had made a list of the trucks we wanted to look at, and this place was our first stop. My husband never buys the first vehicle we look at, but we were happy with the truck, the deal, the sales team, and the sales process. So we bought the truck. Glad we did. 5/5, definitely recommend!

OB Auto Sales was easy to work with when I purchased my 2017 Ford F150. They didn’t waste my time with unnecessary back and forth negotiations like the factory dealerships. Everyone was friendly and the process was smooth. Definitely would recommend them if you’re looking for a clean truck or SUV.

As an out-of-state customer, I contacted the dealership to inquire about a truck's availability and negotiability. Ms. Serenity assured me that the price was open for negotiation, encouraging me to make an offer. Considering the distance I'd travel, I emphasized the importance of price flexibility, to which she confirmed. However, upon test-driving the vehicle, I discovered undisclosed issues such as a crack in the windshield and numerous paint chips on the hood. This lack of transparency left me feeling deceived. When I asked the manager about this breach of trust, they callously dismissed our agreed-upon terms. I'm grateful I avoided purchasing from such deceitful individuals, as their refusal to uphold commitments suggests a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity.

I drove 45 mins to look at a vehicle. I messaged the manager to let her know I was on the way to look at it and that I wanted to purchase it for my son’s birthday the following day. I asked the manager specifically are there any dents and scratches and is it running properly. To which she replied not that she was aware of. I get to the car lot there are scratches and dents all over the truck, including some of the plastic moldings around the window broken. The salesperson then proceeded to tell me I needed to wait 30 mins to drive the truck so they could change out an oil pressure sensor. At this point I’m upset and wanted to talk to the manager I spoke with. The manager says she didn’t look at the truck when I asked about scratches because she new it was good for a “10 year old truck “ and that the person who test drove it this morning discovered the issue with the oil pressure sensor. Even though I literally messaged her to let her know I was on the way and she said to come on. Yet she failed to mention there was any issue. Horrible customer service by the manager. If I was the owner she’d be the first to let go as no telling how many sales he has missed due to her poor attitude.
